工業的規模で、2種類の異なった裸シート製品を製造し、T4P焼戻しで1 mmのシート製品に加工した。これらの2種類の合金は、どちらも自動車用車体シート用途に使用されることが多いAA6016およびAA6111-シリーズ合金であった。やはり工業的規模で、同じ熱履歴(例えば560℃で10時間の均質化)を使用する同じ焼戻しでクラッドシート製品を製造したが、その際、AA6016およびAA6111-シリーズ合金の両側に、通常ロールボンディングにより、AA6005A-シリーズ合金組成物をクラッド加工した。熱間圧延により、クラッド製品を中間ゲージ7.5 mmに、ホット-ミル出口温度約300℃で圧延し、次いで、最終ゲージ1 mmに冷間圧延した。クラッドシートは、総厚が1 mmであり、各クラッド層の厚さが55μmであった。

Claims (11)
- 一方の表面上にのみクラッド層を有するコアシートからなるクラッドシート製品からなる自動車用車体シートであって、前記コアシートが、AA6016、AA6022、AA6056、AA6013、およびAA6111-シリーズ合金からなる群から選択されたアルミニウム合金製であり、前記クラッドが、Cu含有量が0.25重量%未満であるアルミニウム合金AA6005またはAA6005A製であって、前記コアシートが前記クラッドシートと異なる組成を有する、自動車用車体シート。
- 前記コアシートが、Cuを1.1重量%以下さらに含んでなるAA6016、AA6022、AA6056、AA6013、およびAA6111-シリーズ合金からなる群から選択されたアルミニウム合金である、請求項1に記載の自動車用車体シート。
- 前記コアシートが、Cuを0.9重量%以下さらに含んでなるAA6016、AA6022、AA6056、AA6013、およびAA6111-シリーズ合金からなる群から選択されたアルミニウム合金である、請求項1に記載の自動車用車体シート。
- 前記コアシートが、前記クラッドシートより硬い、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用車体シート。
- 前記クラッド層がアルミニウム合金AA6005またはAA6005Aを含んでなるが、但し、Cu含有量が<0.20%である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用車体シート。
- 前記コアシートの厚さが0.5〜2 mmである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用車体シート。
- 前記クラッド層が、前記クラッドシート製品の総厚の1〜25%の厚さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用車体シート。
- 前記クラッド層が、前記クラッドシート製品の総厚の2〜12%の厚さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用車体シート。
- 少なくとも前記コアシートが、T4焼戻しまたはT4P焼戻しにある、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用車体シート。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用車体シートクラッドシート製品から製造された、成形された自動車用構造部材。
- 前記部材が外側車体パネルである、請求項10に記載の成形された自動車用構造部材。
