Description
(燃料電池)
第1の実施形態に係る燃料電池100は、図1に示すように、電解質層11の両側に酸化剤極12及び燃料極13を配置して構成される膜・電極接合体1と、燃料極13の表面を覆って設置された燃料供給機構2と、酸化剤極12の表面を覆って設置された空気供給機構3を備える。ここで、電解質層11は、固定高分子膜等の電解質膜でも構わない。
次に、本実施形態に係る燃料電池100の制御方法について説明する。
本実施形態に係る燃料電池100によると、1以上の孔34を有する振動板32を備えることにより、振動板32に形成された孔34から水が蒸発することにより、生成された水を容易に除去することができる。従って、燃料電池100の発電効率を向上させることができる。
第1の実施形態では、ガスは振動板32の振動やガス供給装置によって移送されると説明したが、第2の実施形態では、ガスが、振動板32の振動及び対向する酸化剤極12表面の反射によってガスの流路30内に発生する音響流により移送される場合について説明する。
第3の実施の形態では、孔34を有する振動板32と、酸化剤極12表面とが平行ではなく配置されている場合について説明する。
第4の実施の形態では、孔34を有する振動板32の厚さが流路方向に変化する場合について説明する。
第5の実施の形態では、孔34を有する振動板32が流路30よりも突出して形成されている場合について説明する。
本発明は上記の実施形態によって記載したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面はこの発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなろう。

Claims (6)
- 電解質層の両側に酸化剤極及び燃料極を配備して膜・電極接合体が構成されている燃料電池であって、
前記酸化剤極からガスの流路を挟んで対向するように配置された振動する振動板を備え、
前記振動板は、1以上の孔を有する形状であり、前記振動板の酸化剤極側表面は、親水性であり、前記酸化剤極の振動板側表面は、撥水性であることを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 前記振動板は、前記孔を挟んで、櫛歯形状が互いに向かい合う形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記ガスは、前記振動板の振動及び前記対向する酸化剤極表面の反射によって前記ガスの流路内に発生する音響流により移送されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記振動板の孔の形状は、当該振動板の中心線に対して対称であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記振動板は、複数の孔を有し、各孔を挟んで、櫛歯形状が互いに組み合うように向かい合う形状を有し、
当該各櫛歯の長さは、前記振動板の一方から他方へ向かって、段階的に長くなることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の燃料電池。 - 前記振動板の振動を制御し、前記振動板の共振周波数を与える回路を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池。
