Claims (13)
- バーナーシステムの燃料として流動性材料をバーナーシステムに送出する際に、流動性材料の瞬間質量流量を測定し、計測装置でバーナーシステムに対する流動性材料の送出量を調整する、バーナーシステム用の流動性材料を連続的に重量計測する方法であって、
流動性材料が破片であり、瞬間質量流量が計測された前記各流動性材料の種類を破片ごとにそれぞれ決定し、前記各流動性材料の破片ごとの瞬間発熱量を、質量流量の測定値、前記各流動性材料の種類を決定したデータ、及び、種類ごとに既知である個々の発熱量を決定したデータから決定し、前記計測装置から出力される前記流動性材料の運搬速度を、前記瞬間発熱量に応じて、バーナーシステムの燃焼工程が行われるよう設定された運搬速度に調節することを特徴とする上記の方法。 - 前記流動性材料の種類は、近赤外分光法によって決定される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流動性材料はプラスチック材料である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記計測装置の出力は、計測装置とバーナーシステムとの間の距離を考慮して調節される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記計測装置の出力は、前記計測装置の速度を変更することにより制御または調節される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記計測装置が、流動性材料を計測運搬する空気コンベヤであって、空気コンベヤ介して出力される流動性材料の出力量が、空気量および/または気流速度を変更することにより調節される請求項1に記載の方法。
- バーナーシステムの燃料として流動性材料をバーナーシステムに送出する際に、流動性材料の瞬間流体質量を測定し、計測装置を用いてバーナーシステムに対する流動性材料の送出量を調整できる、バーナーシステム用の流動性材料を連続的に重量計測する装置であって、
瞬間質量流量が計測された破片状の流動性材料のいかなる種類をも破片ごとに決定する材料認識システム、前記破片ごとの流動性材料の瞬間熱出力を決定する演算ユニット、および前記破片ごとの流動性材料の瞬間熱出力を基に、前記計測装置から出力されるバーナーシステムに対する前記流動性材料の供給速度を、バーナーシステムの燃焼工程が行われるよう設定された供給速度に調整して、前記流動性材料を出力する計量コントロールユニットが設けられている装置。 - 前記材料認識システムが、非接触材料センサと、前記材料センサによる感知可能な放射線を前記流動性材料に照射することができる放射線源とを含む請求項7に記載の装置
- 前記材料センサは、近赤外分光センサであり、前記放射線源は、近赤外範囲の光を出射し、特に前記放射線源は、ハロゲンランプである請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記材料認識システムは前記計測装置の直前に配置されている請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記流動性材料は、プラスチック材料である請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記バーナーシステムは、セメント製造用のロータリーキルンである請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記計測装置と前記流量計で1つのユニット、特に回転型計測秤を形成する請求項7に記載の装置。
