Abstract
De acuerdo con esta invencion, un metodo para la medicion gravimetrica continua de materiales que fluyen para sistemas de quemadores, en los cuales es determinado el flujo instantaneo de masa y la medicion ocurre por medio de una unidad de medicion (8), puede conseguirse por medio de la determinacion de los tipos de material que fluye. La salida instantanea de calor para el material que fluye es determinada a partir del tipo de material que fluye y la capacidad calorifica del mismo y por medio del establecimiento del flujo de masa. La salida del dispositivo de medicion (8) es regulada de manera que se iguale con la velocidad establecida de alimentacion, en funcion de la salida instantanea de calor. Tambien se describe un dispositivo correspondiente (1), para la medicion gravimetrica continua de materiales que fluyen para los sistemas de quemadores (40), que comprende una unidad de medicion (8), por medio de la cual puede medirse el material que fluye. Tambien se proporciona un sistema de reconocimiento de material (20) que determina el tipo de material que fluyen, una unidad aritmetica (30), que determina la salida instantanea de calor del material que fluye y un controlador de medicion (10), por medio del cual es regulada la salida de medicion (8) de manera que pueda igualarse con la velocidad establecida de alimentacion en funcion de la salida instantanea de calor.
