Claims (8)
- 自己拡張性分岐ステントを血管の分岐の側部分岐部に移植するためのデリバリシステムであって、
先端部にポリマー製のキャップを有するポリマー製の筒状カテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの先端部を貫通するガイドワイヤと、
プッシュワイヤと、
前記ポリマー製の筒状カテーテルに形成された少なくとも2つのチャネルであって、第1チャネルが前記ガイドワイヤに適応し、第2チャネルが前記ポリマー製のキャップに先端部が固定されている前記プッシュワイヤに適応する少なくとも2つのチャネルと、
を備え、
前記ポリマー製のキャップが、筒状表面を有するステントを前記ポリマー製のキャップと前記筒状カテーテルとの間に適応するように前記筒状カテーテル上に配置されており、
前記ステントの筒状表面は、基端部において、断面により先端が切られた状態で傾斜しており、前記ステントの長手方向軸と前記断面の平面との間の角度が30°〜70°の範囲内であり、
放射性ラベルが前記ステントの前記筒状表面の基端部に配置され、第1放射性ラベルは、前記筒状表面の短い要素と前記断面との交点に配置され、第2放射性ラベルは、前記筒状表面の長い要素と前記断面との交点に配置され、
前記デリバリシステムが、前記ステントを前記側部分岐部に位置させて前記プッシュワイヤを用いて前記キャップを前記ステントから外し、前記ステントの位置決めを可能にする前記第1及び第2の放射性ラベルを用いつつ前記ステントを回転させ、前記ステントの傾斜した先端部を前記側部分岐部の開口部に一致させるのに適している、デリバリシステム。 - 前記筒状カテーテルが前記先端部においてのみ2つのチャネルと共に形成されており、前記プッシュワイヤのためのチャネルが前記カテーテルの長さ全体に沿って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデリバリシステム。
- 前記キャップは、前記ガイドワイヤ及び前記ステントを内部に有している前記筒状カテーテルに沿って前記プッシュワイヤによって先端部の動きが可能な状態で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデリバリシステム。
- 前記キャップは、前記筒状カテーテルに沿って基端部を前記プッシュワイヤによってその当初の位置に動作させることが可能な状態で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデリバリシステム。
- 前記ガイドワイヤおよび前記プッシュワイヤの動作のための前記筒状カテーテルの前記チャネルは、0.007インチ〜0.02インチの範囲内の直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデリバリシステム。
- 自己拡張性分岐ステントを移植するためのシステムであって、
形状記憶を有する物質から成り、筒状表面を有するメッシュの形状であることが出来るとともに、第1及び第2の放射性ラベルによって印をつけられた自己拡張型分岐ステントと、
先端部にポリマー製のキャップを有するポリマー製の筒状カテーテルであって、前記ステントを前記ポリマー製のキャップと前記カテーテルとの間に適応するように形成された筒状カテーテルと、ガイドワイヤと、プッシュワイヤと、を備える、前記ステントを移植するためのデリバリシステムと、
を備え、
前記筒状カテーテルが2つのチャネルを有して形成されており、第1チャネルが前記ガイドワイヤに適応し、第2チャネルが前記キャップが先端部に固定されている前記プッシュワイヤに適応し、
第1の位置にある前記ステントは縮径された直径を有し、
前記キャップは、前記ガイドワイヤ及び前記筒状カテーテルに沿った、前記プッシュワイヤによる先端部及び基端部の両方の動きが可能な状態で、及び
前記キャップは、前記ステントを基端部において大きな直径を有する第2の位置へ巻き戻すことが可能な状態であり、かつ
前記キャップは、基端部の動作が可能であり、よって前記ステントを前記筒状のカテーテル内の前記第1の位置に戻すことが可能な状態で形成されており、
前記ステントの筒状表面は、基端部において、断面により先端が切られた状態で傾斜しており、前記ステントの長手方向軸と前記断面の平面との間の角度が30°〜70°の範囲内であり、
放射性ラベルが前記ステントの前記筒状表面の基端部に配置され、第1放射性ラベルは、前記筒状表面の短い要素と前記断面との交点に配置され、第2放射性ラベルは、前記筒状表面の長い要素と前記断面との交点に配置され、
前記デリバリシステムが、前記ステントを前記側部分岐部に位置させて前記プッシュワイヤを用いて前記キャップを前記ステントから外し、前記ステントの位置決めを可能にする前記第1及び第2の放射性ラベルを用いつつ前記ステントを回転させ、前記ステントの傾斜した先端部を前記側部分岐部の開口部に一致させるのに適している、システム。 - 前記デリバリシステムを用いて前記側部分岐部において前記ステントの正確な位置決め及び方向決めを可能にするように、前記第1放射性ラベルが前記第2放射性ラベルより大きい、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記デリバリシステムを用いて前記側部分岐部において前記ステントの正確な位置決め及び方向決めを可能にするように、前記第1放射性ラベルに対向する第3放射性ラベルを更に備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
