Claims (6)
- センサ構造であって、
キャリヤ(1)を含み、かつ、
フォトダイオード(3)と、
計測光ビームを伝送する第一発光ダイオード(4)と、
参照光ビームを伝送する第二発光ダイオード(5)と、
上記フォトダイオード(3)と上記2つの発光ダイオード(4,5)とを収容する光伝送ハウジング(6)と、
が該キャリヤ上に配置され、かつ、
上記キャリヤ(1)として回路基盤が設けられ、該回路基盤(1)は少なくとも2つの層からなるサンドイッチ状の基盤として形成され、上記キャリヤ(1)の第一平面(2a)上に上記フォトダイオード(3)が配置され、上記キャリヤ(1)の第二平面(2b)上に上記第二発光ダイオード(5)が配置され、上記第二平面(2b)は上記第一平面(2a)より高い位置にあり、第二発光ダイオード(5)は上記発光ダイオード(5)によって伝送される上記参照光ビームが側方から上記フォトダイオード(3)に実質的に入射しないように配置され、
上記ハウジング(6)は、光を透すカプセル材料によって形成され、かつファセット(7)と呼ぶ面取りされた壁を上記第二発光ダイオード(5)の領域内に有し、
上記第二発光ダイオード(5)によって照射される参照光ビームは、全反射により上記フォトダイオード(3)の上面(3a)に入射し、上記第二発光ダイオード(5)と上記フォトダイオード(3)との間には保護スクリーンが設けられていないことを特徴とするセンサ構造。 - 上記第一・第二平面(2a,2b)が、少なくとも、上記フォトダイオード(3)の高さ(h)あるいは上記第二発光ダイオード(5)の高さ、だけ互いにオフセットしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ構造。
- 上記第二発光ダイオード(5)が上記フォトダイオード(3)よりも高い平面(2b)上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ構造。
- 上記回路基盤(1)の上記層(1a,1b)が互いに積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ構造。
- 上記キャリヤ(1)は、光を透さない材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ構造。
- 上記計測光を集光するレンズが上記第一発光ダイオード(4)の前方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ構造。
