Description
本発明の目的は、吹出し温度が低下しすぎるのを抑制し、快適性が高い空気調和機を得ることにある。
図2に冷房運転時の室外機送風機制御の一例を示す。図中の数字は室外機送風機のファンステップを示している。室外機送風機は0から16ステップまでのファンステップを用意しており、最小回転数を0ステップ、最大回転数を16ステップとし、16段階の回転数に制御できるようにしている。
この吐出圧力の一定制御に加え、室外温度によりファンステップの下限を決定する。室外温度が25℃以上と高い場合は圧縮機1の吐出圧力が上昇するため室外送風機のファンステップの下限を高くし吐出圧力の上昇を抑制する。反対に室外温度が5℃以下と低い場合は圧縮機1の吐出圧力と吸入圧力が低下するため室外機のファンステップの下限を低くし吐出圧力と吸入圧力の低下による室内ユニット21の室内吹出空気温度が低下しすぎるのを抑制する。
さらに、圧縮機1の運転周波数に応じて、45〜50Hz、40〜45Hz、35〜40Hz、35Hz以下の場合に分け、それぞれファンステップの下限テーブルを定める。いずれの運転周波数でも外気温度が低いほどファンステップの下限は低くなるようにしている。なお、圧縮機1の運転周波数が35Hz以下の場合はファンステップ下限を外気温度によらず常にファンステップ1になるようにしている。
その際、ある1台の室内ユニットaにおいて室内吹出空気温度が10℃以下に低下している場合は、この室内ユニットaに備えられている室内膨張弁aの開度を絞り室内ユニットaに流れる冷媒量を減少させることで、室内ユニットaの吹出温度が上昇するため、吹出温度が低下しすぎるのを防止することができる。この方法によれば、1つ目の方法よりも確実に吹出温度が低下しすぎるのを防止することができる。
しかし、室内ユニットaの室内膨張弁aの開度を絞ることで接続された他の室内ユニットbに冷媒が集中し、室内ユニットbにおいても室内吹出空気温度が10℃以下に低下する場合がある。この場合も室内ユニットbに備えられている室内膨張弁bの開度を絞り室内ユニットbに流れる冷媒量を減少させることで、室内ユニットbの吹出温度が上昇するため、吹出温度が低下しすぎるのを防止することができる。
ガスバイパス用電磁弁10はON/OFF制御しかできないため、電磁弁がONの場合とOFFの場合とで吐出圧力や圧縮機上部温度が大きく変動してしまうことがある。その場合は、バイパス回路用電磁弁10と直列に接続されたキャピラリチューブの代わりに電子膨張弁を配置することによりこの問題を解決することができる。膨張弁による開度調整にて冷媒流量の微調整ができるため、吐出圧力や圧縮機上部温度の変動を少なくすることが可能となる。
前述したとおり、室内吹出空気温度が低下しすぎる条件は、運転台数が1〜3台程度と少ない場合や、運転している室内ユニットの容量が小さい場合に発生することが多い。そこで運転中の室内ユニットにおいて、室内吹出空気温度が10℃以下に低下している室内ユニットaがあった場合、その室内膨張弁aは冷媒循環量を少なくするため膨張弁開度を絞る方向で制御する。しかしながら、室内吹出空気温度が10℃以上に上昇しない場合は、停止中の他室内ユニットa’の室内膨張弁a’の開度を開くことによって、冷媒を停止中の室内ユニットa’側に流して、運転中の室内ユニットaの冷媒循環量を減らして冷房能力過剰状態を回避し、室内吹出空気温度が低下しすぎるのを防止することができる。なお、停止中の室内ユニット中の冷媒は、循環せずに停止している。
本実施例によれば、運転中の室内機の冷媒循環量を低減でき、吹出空気温度 が低下しずぎるのを防止できる。ただし、図2の方法と比較すると、停止中の室内機にも冷媒が流れるため、冷媒の流動音(異常音)が発生する可能性がある。

Claims (5)
- 圧縮機、四方弁、室外熱交換器、室外機用送風機、室外外気温度センサ及び室外膨張弁を有する室外機と、
室内熱交換器、室内機用送風機、室内吸込空気温度センサ、室内吹出空気温度センサ及び室内膨張弁を有する複数の室内機と、を備え、
前記圧縮機、前記四方弁、前記室外熱交換器、前記室外膨張弁、前記室内熱交換器及び前記室内膨張弁が冷媒配管で連結された冷凍サイクルを形成し、
前記圧縮機が第1の運転周波数域で運転している場合に、前記室外機用送風機の回転数は、前記室外外気温度センサで検出した室外外気温度が低くなるほど下限を下げて運転するように制御され、
前記圧縮機が前記第1の運転周波数域よりも低い第2の運転周波数域で運転している場合に、前記室外機用送風機の回転数は、前記室外外気温度センサで検出した室外外気温度が低くなるほど小さく、かつ前記下限よりも下限を下げて運転するように制御され、
前記室内吹出空気温度センサで検出した室内吹出空気温度が所定の温度以下になった場合で、かつ前記室内吸込空気温度センサで検出した室内吸込空気温度が室内設定温度に設定温度を加算した値以下となった場合に、前記室内機の運転を停止させることを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 請求項1において、前記室内吹出空気温度に応じて冷房運転起動時の前記圧縮機の運転周波数の上昇速度を制御することを特徴とする空気調和機。
