Description
宇部三菱セメント(株)製の早強ポルトランドセメント、和光純薬(株)製の亜流酸ナトリウム(試薬1級)、宇部マテリアルズ(株)製の道路用炭酸カルシウム又はセントラル硝子(株)製のフッ酸無水せっこうを混合して固化材を調製した。また、宇部三菱セメント(株)製の一般軟弱土用固化材ユースタビラー10(US10)を使用した。
対象土の性状を表1に示す。
対象土を110℃で24時間炉乾燥後に粉砕し、この粉砕した対象土を0.2g、生石灰0.2g及び純水20mlを圧力容器に入れ、充分に振とうした後、120℃に加熱されている乾燥機中で4.5時間放置した。これを室温に冷却した後に内容物を0.2Nの塩酸120mlで圧力容器内を洗浄しながら取出し、0.45μmのメンブレンフィルターでろ過し、このろ液中のSi、Al及びFeを原子吸光法により定量し、乾燥土当たりの質量%を求めた。これらの合計値(SiO2質量%+Al2O3質量%+Fe2O3質量%)を土のポゾラン活性度とした。
表1に示した対象土に、(1)で混合した固化材を添加し、ホバートミキサーで3分間混合した後、砂質土及びシルトではJCAS L−01:2006「セメント系固化材による改良体の強さ試験方法」、また、粘性土(1)及び粘性土(2)では、JGS 0821−2000「安定処理土の締固めをしない供試体作製方法」に準拠してφ5×10cmの円柱供試体を作製した。この供試体をポリラップで密封し、室温20℃、湿度90%で養生し、所定材齢で一軸圧縮強さをJIS A1216「土の一軸圧縮試験方法」に準拠して測定した。ここで、固化処理土の目標強度は、材齢7日では、一般的な路床や仮設改良に必要とされる一軸圧縮強さ300kN/m2以上、材齢28〜365日までの長期材齢では、材齢7日強度の1〜1.5倍とした。
(4)と同様に固化処理土を作製して密封養生した後、材齢7日で環境庁告示46号(平成3年8月23日)に則って溶出試験を行い,六価クロムの定量は振とう後のろ液をジフェニルカルバジド吸光光度法により行った。六価クロム溶出量の目標値は、土壌汚染対策法に定める溶出量基準である0.05mg/L以下とした。
Claims (7)
- 早強ポルトランドセメント10〜40質量%、増量材60〜90質量%及び還元剤0.2〜2.0質量%を含む再掘削用固化材を、ポゾラン活性度が5〜40%の対象土1m3当たり50〜200kg添加し混合する、ことを特徴とする地盤改良方法。
- 増量材が、炭酸カルシウム、せっこう、石灰石、石炭灰及びフライアッシュから選ばれる1種以上である、請求項1記載の地盤改良方法。
- 還元剤が、亜硫酸ナトリウム、チオ硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸第一鉄、亜硫酸カルシウム、硫化カルシウム及び硫化ナトリウムから選ばれる1種以上である、請求項1又は2記載の地盤改良方法。
- 対象土が、シルト、砂質土及び粘性土から選ばれる1種以上である、請求項1〜3の何れか1項記載の地盤改良方法。
- 対象土の自然含水比が10〜80%である、請求項1〜4の何れか1項記載の地盤改良方法。
- 対象土の湿潤密度が1.5〜2.5g/cm3である、請求項1〜5の何れか1項記載の地盤改良方法。
- 対象土の粒度が、礫分を0〜30質量%、砂分を15〜50質量%及び細粒分を20〜85質量%含む、請求項1〜6の何れか1項記載の地盤改良方法。
