Claims (3)
- 電動モータと、
前記電動モータを収容するモータケースと、
前記電動モータのモータ軸の一端に結合された偏心軸と、
前記モータケースの一端に第1のシールリングを介して固定され、前記モータ軸の一端側に取り付けられる第1の軸受を有する第1のモータケースカバーと、
前記モータケースの他端に第2のシールリングを介して固定され、前記モータ軸の他端側に取り付けられる第2の軸受を有する第2のモータケースカバーと、
前記偏心軸の周りに回転可能に連結されたコネクティングロッドと、
前記コネクティングロッドの先端に固定されたダイアフラムと、
前記ダイアフラムの周縁を支持するポンプヘッドと、
前記ダイアフラムと前記ポンプヘッドの間に形成されたポンプ室と、
前記ポンプ室へガスを供給するための吸入弁と、
前記ポンプ室からガスを排気するための吐出弁と、
前記第1のモータケースカバーに第3のシールリングを介して固定され、前記モータケースと前記ポンプヘッドの間を接続し、前記第1の軸受を介して前記モータケースの内部と連通する前記コネクティングロッドの動作空間を形成するポンプケースと
を備えたことを特徴とするダイアフラムポンプ。 - 前記電動モータは、ブラシレスモータである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイアフラムポンプ。 - 前記ガスは、可燃性ガスである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイアフラムポンプ。
