Description
脱水タンクの中で脱水されたε−カプロラクタムを一方の注型タンクへ10kg、他方の注型タンクへ10kg入れた後、一方のタンクへ水素化ナトリウム(62.5%油性)を添加して溶解させ、更に他方の注型タンクへ45gのトリフェニルイソシアヌレートを添加した。この間、注型タンク内を大気圧下で窒素を流しつつ、更に重合性ラクタム液を125℃まで昇温しながらミキシングした。
比較例では重合途中における上型を開放することによる自重での加圧を行わなかった以外は実施例と全く同様にして重合を完了し、金型から取り出したV状の成形体を角部で切断して2枚の板状成形体とした。

Claims (1)
- 実質上無水のω−ラクタムに少なくともアニオン重合触媒とアニオン重合開始剤とを加えた重合性ラクタム液を型内に注型した後、アニオン重合することによりポリアミド樹脂板状成形体を製造する方法において、凹V字形状の第1型面を有する下型と、該第1型面に適合する凸V字形状の第2型面を有する上型を用い、該上型を下型との間に所定間隔をもって配置することで第1型面と第2型面との間にキャビティを形成し、該キャビティ内の重合性ラクタム液の重合を進行させ、上型の自重がA、上型を重合性ラクタム液に浮かしたときの浮力をF、上型の吊り下げ荷重をWとしたとき、重合性ラクタム液の重合が十分に進行して次式(A−0.5F)≦W≦(A+2.5F)を満足したときに、上型を開放して上型の自重により重合性ラクタム液の加圧を開始し加圧下で更に重合を続け、重合が完了した後、上型と下型を分離してV字形状の成形体を脱型し、該成形体のコーナー部分に沿って切断して2枚の板状成形体とすることを特徴とするポリアミド樹脂板状成形体の製造方法。
