Description
(アクリロイル基両末端ポリ(アクリル酸n−ブチル)の合成)
臭化第一銅を触媒、ペンタメチルジエチレントリアミンを配位子、ジエチル−2,5−ジブロモアジペートを開始剤として、アクリル酸n−ブチルを重合し、数平均分子量25200、分子量分布1.20の末端臭素基ポリ(アクリル酸n−ブチル)を得た。この重合体300gをN,N−ジメチルアセトアミド(300mL)に溶解させ、アクリル酸カリウム5.3gを加え、窒素雰囲気下、70℃で3時間加熱攪拌し、アクリロイル基両末端ポリ(アクリル酸n−ブチル)(以下、重合体1という)の混合物を得た。この混合液中のN,N−ジメチルアセトアミドを減圧留去した後、残さにトルエンを加えて、不溶分をろ過により除去した。濾液のトルエンを減圧留去して、重合体1を精製した。精製後の重合体1の数平均分子量は27100、分子量分布は1.31、平均末端アクリロイル基数は2.0(即ち、末端へのアクリロイル基の導入率は100%)であった。
(a)成分として製造例1で得られた重合体1を100質量部秤量し(b)成分のヒドロキシエチルメタクリレートを15質量部、(c)成分としてアエロジルRY200(日本アエロジル社製;ジメチルシリコーンで表面処理したフュームドシリカ、比表面積:100m2/g)5質量部、(d)成分としてアエロジルR711(日本アエロジル社製;メタクリロイルプロピルトリメトキシシランで表面処理したフュームドシリカ、比表面積:200m2/g)5質量部、(e)成分として2,2−ジエトキシアセトフェノン3質量部を用いた。これらを混合しプラネタリーミキサーで充分混合し、ついで脱泡し、硬化性組成物を得た。
同様に表1に記載の各種成分を用い、硬化性組成物を得た。
ただし、表中、重合体1は上記重合体1のことであり、重合体2はポリアクリレートRC200C(カネカ社製:両末端にメタクリロイル基を有するアクリル共重合体:数平均分子量20,000)、有機ベントナイトは白石工業製のオルベンDであり、アエロジル1はジメチルジクロロシランで表面処理したフュームドシリカである、アエロジルR972であり、アエロジル2はオクチルシランで表面処理したフュームドシリカである、アエロジルR805であり、アエロジル3はヘキサメチルシラザンで表面処理したフュームドシリカである、アエロジルRX300である。(すべて日本アエロジル社製)また、光開始剤1は上記2,2−ジエトキシアセトフェノンであり、光開始剤2は2−ヒドロキシ−2−メチル−1−フェニルプロパン−1−オンである。
その結果を表1に記す。
本出願は、2005年6月30日出願の日本特許出願(特願2005−191496)に基づくものであり、その内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。
Claims (3)
- (a)(メタ)アクリロイル基を分子中に少なくとも1個含有し数平均分子量500〜1,000,000のビニル系重合体100質量部と、(b)エチレン性不飽和基を有する化合物1〜30質量部とを含み、さらに前記(a)成分と前記(b)成分の合計量100質量部に対して(c)チキソ性付与剤1〜20質量部、(d)(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するシランで表面処理されたフュームドシリカ1〜30質量部、及び(e)光重合開始剤1〜10質量部を含む硬化性組成物。
- 前記(a)成分がリビングラジカル重合法により製造されたものである請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- (a)(メタ)アクリロイル基を分子中に少なくとも1個含有し数平均分子量500〜1,000,000のビニル系重合体100質量部と、(b)エチレン性不飽和基を有する化合物1〜30質量部とを含み、さらに前記(a)成分と前記(b)成分の合計量100質量部に対して(c)チキソ性付与剤1〜20質量部、(d)(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するシランで表面処理されたフュームドシリカ1〜30質量部、及び(e)光重合開始剤1〜10質量部を含む硬化性組成物を被シール物の少なくとも片方に塗布する工程、光照射することで前記組成物を硬化させる工程、次いでもう一方の被シール物を硬化組成物に圧接する工程からなるシール方法。
