Claims (8)
- 所定方向に傾斜した複数の傾斜流路が複数段に配置されており、
上段側の傾斜流路の下流側の端部から流出した液体が下段側の傾斜流路の上流側の端部に流入して連続した液体流路を形成すると共に、上段側の傾斜流路に投入された計数すべき個体が前記液体流路を流動する流体によって下段側の傾斜流路へ搬送されるように、前記複数の傾斜流路が構成されており、
下段側の傾斜流路に、透光性の底板により構成された計測部が設けられられると共に、その計測部には、当該計測部に下側から光を照射する照明機構と、当該計測部を上側から撮影するカメラと、カメラにより得られた画像データに基づいて、当該計測部を液体と共に通過する個体の数を計測する画像解析部とが組み合わされている、流体を利用した個体計数装置。 - 請求項1に記載の個体計数装置において、
複数の傾斜流路の少なくとも一つに、底面が下流側に向かって上方へ傾斜すると共に、その傾斜角度が、両側から中央に向かうにつれて漸次増大する舳先形状の液溜まりが設けられている個体計数装置。 - 請求項2に記載の個体計数装置において、
上段側の傾斜流路における個体投入部の下流側、及び下段側の傾斜流路における計測部の上流側に前記液溜まりが設けられている個体計数装置。 - 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の個体計数装置において、
上段側の傾斜流路の傾斜角度より下段側の傾斜流路の傾斜角度が大とされている個体計数装置。 - 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の個体計数装置において、
各段の傾斜流路における傾斜方向が交互に反転する個体計数装置。 - 請求項5に記載の個体計数装置において、
最下段の傾斜流路を除く傾斜流路が最下段の傾斜流路より短くて最下段の傾斜流路の上流部上に配置されており、最下段の傾斜流路の下流部上にカメラが配置されている個体計数装置。 - 請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の個体計数装置において、
照明機構は前記計測部の裏面に拡散光を照射する個体計数装置。 - 請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の個体計数装置において、
前記カメラの視軸が計測部の底面の垂直線に対して傾斜している個体計数装置。
