Description
Claims (15)
- 自動車の燃料容器内に挿入可能な燃料圧送ユニットであって、バッフルポットと、前記燃料容器に設けられた開口を閉鎖するためのフランジと、該フランジと前記バッフルポットとの間に配置されて、前記バッフルポットを前記燃料容器の底に対して予圧する、中空プロフィルとして形成された少なくとも1つの支持部材と、前記バッフルポットに配置された充填レベルセンサとを備える形式のものにおいて、前記バッフルポット(6)が少なくとも1つの支持部材(12)のための少なくとも1つの収容部(16)を備え、該収容部(16)内で前記支持部材(12)が、前記フランジ(11)と前記バッフルポット(6)との間の間隔の変化時に滑動するようになっており、前記収容部(16)が、前記バッフルポット(6)の底(17)まで形成され、かつ前記支持部材(12)の周囲を完全に包囲しており、前記収容部(16)が底領域に開口(22)を備え、該開口(22)を介して燃料が前記燃料容器(3)から前記収容部(16)内に流入可能であり、前記充填レベルセンサが超音波のための送受信ユニット(20)を備え、該送受信ユニット(20)が、超音波が前記収容部(16)及び前記支持部材(12)内を進行するように、前記燃料圧送ユニット(1)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記送受信ユニット(20)が前記燃料圧送ユニット(1)の組付け位置に関して前記支持部材(12)の上側の端部の領域に配置されている、請求項1記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記支持部材(12)の上側の端部が前記フランジ(11)のブシュ(14)内に配置されており、かつ前記送受信ユニット(20)が前記フランジ(11)内に配置されている、請求項2記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記送受信ユニット(20)は、前記支持部材(12)のための前記ブシュ(14)内に配置されている、請求項3記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記送受信ユニット(20)が前記燃料圧送ユニット(1)の組付け位置に関して前記支持部材(12)のための前記収容部(16)の下側の領域に配置されている、請求項1記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記送受信ユニット(20)は、前記収容部(16)の底に配置されている、請求項5記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記送受信ユニット(20)が前記フランジ(11)又は前記バッフルポット(6)に素材結合式に結合されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記送受信ユニット(20)は、前記フランジ(11)又は前記バッフルポット(6)に射出成形、溶接又は接着によって結合されている、請求項7記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記送受信ユニット(20)が評価電子回路(23)を有しており、該評価電子回路(23)が、超音波に基づいて充填レベルに対応する電気信号が発生可能であるように構成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記評価電子回路(23)が前記送受信ユニット(20)に対して間隔を置いて配置されている、請求項9記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記評価電子回路(23)は、前記フランジ(11)内に配置されている、請求項10記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記支持部材(12)及び前記収容部(16)が、同じ横断面形状を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記支持部材(12)及び前記収容部(16)が、円形、楕円形又は長方形の横断面形状を有する、請求項12記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記支持部材(12)を収容するための前記ブシュ(14)及び/又は前記支持部材(12)が開口(22,25)を有しており、該開口(22,25)を介して前記支持部材(12)の内部が前記燃料容器(3)内の周囲に接続されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
- 前記開口(22,25)は孔である、請求項14記載の燃料圧送ユニット。
