Description
Claims (21)
- 自動的に、連続的に、平穏的に運行させるように制御するための自動制御システムを有する発電装置において、
少なくとも一対をなし連動しながら相互に反対側に運動し、それぞれ液体進出口が設けられ、中空体となる同一な二つの運動体を含む発電モジュールと、
上記の発電モジュールと連結され、上記発電モジュールから生成された電気エネルギを公共電気網に輸送する電気エネルギ輸送部材と、
前記対になる運動体が反対方向に昇降運動をするための内部空間を有し当該内部空間に所定量の気体又は液体を満たす運動室と、
前記運動室の上端に着いた前記対になる運動体の中の一方の運動体の液体進出口と連通され、当該運動体に液体を注入し、当該運動体の全体の重力を大きくする液体供給装置と、
前記運動室の下端まで運動した前記対になる運動体の中の他方の運動体の液体進出口と連通され、上記運動体の中の液体を排出し前記運動体の全体の重力を小さくする交替装置と、
前記交替装置の傍ら又は下方に設けられ、前記交替装置と連通され、容量が充分な環境に連通した排出口が設けられ、前記交替装置の中の液体を排出し、前記交替装置が前記運動体に対して循環して交替させるようにする排出装置とを備え、
前記液体供給装置は、前記運動室中に液体を注入してその液体が設定した高度に到達するように、液体源と前記運動室とに連通することを特徴とする発電装置。 - 前記液体供給装置は、液体源と連結された液体供給管路であり、当該液体供給管路には液体注入口が設けられ、前記運動体が前記運動室の上方まで運動した時、前記液体注入口が前記運動体の上方の液体進出口と連通され、前記運動体に液体が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発電装置。
- 前記交替装置の上方には液体進入口が設けられ、前記液体進入口は前記運動体の下方の液体進出口と対応し、前記運動体が前記運動室の下方まで運動した際、前記液体進入口が前記運動体の下方の液体進出口と連通され、前記運動体の液体を前記交替装置に排出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発電装置。
- 前記自動制御システムは、前記運動体と前記交替装置との接触部位に安定停止装置を備え、当該安定停止装置は運動体を交替装置に暫く固定しておき、前記運動体が液体排出段階において暫く安定状態となるように制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の発電装置。
- 前記安定停止装置は、前記交替装置の上方に設けられた摺動係接部と、前記運動体の下方に設けられた安定部と、をそれぞれ対応させて備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の発電装置。
- 少なくとも一つの高から低への管路と、少なくとも一つの充填運動体と、をさらに備え、
当該管路の上端と下端の筒先は前記運動室の上端と下端それぞれに連通され、
前記対になる運動体の中の一方は、前記筒先寄りに設けられ、前記筒先寄りの側面には開放できる側扉が設けられ、
前記側扉は前記筒先と厳密に合わせられ、
前記充填運動体が前記管路から運動体への進入又は離脱が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発電装置。 - 前記降下管路は直管、鉛直管又は曲り管であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発電装置。
- 前記管路の内壁にコイル又は磁石を設け、前記充填運動体には対応して磁石又はコイルを設けることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発電装置。
- 前記管路には滑らかな軌道が設けられ、前記充填運動体はローラを有し、前記充填運動体は前記ローラを介して前記軌道上を運動することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発電装置。
- 前記ローラの内側のリングには磁石又はコイルが設けられ、前記ローラの回転軸には対応してコイル又は磁石が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の発電装置。
- 前記電気エネルギ輸送部材は、降下管路において管壁寄りに設けられたケーブルと、ローラ中のコイルに連結された導線と、導線に連結され、ケーブルに嵌めかかってすべることができるトロリーバス式の弾力棒ケーブル嵌めかけローラと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の発電装置。
- 前記充填運動体は、中空であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発電装置。
- 前記充填運動体は、中身が詰まっていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発電装置。
- 前記充填運動体の中には、前記充填運動体が前記対になる運動体へ進入する過程において、運動スピードを次第にゼロとなるように制御することによって電気エネルギを生成させるブレーキ発電装置が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発電装置。
- 前記発電装置は、前記容量が充分な環境の海洋の中に設けられ、当該装置を固定する固定装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発電装置。
- 前記固定装置は、海底地下に設けられた錨と、錨に固定された鋼の綱と、当該鋼の綱によって固定された浮きと、浮きに設けた浮板支持部と、浮板支持部の先端に設けられた浮板とを備え、前記発電装置の一部が前記浮板に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の発電装置。
- 前記交替装置は、前記運動体から前記交替装置へ排出した液体を加熱し気化させるための熱源をさらに備え、
前記液体供給装置は前記運動室の上方に設けられた冷却室となり、
当該排出装置は、その両端それぞれが当該交替装置と当該液体供給装置とを連通する断熱管路であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発電装置。 - 前記熱源のエネルギは地熱若しくは太陽エネルギ又は人工エネルギによることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の発電装置。
- 前記液体は、水、液体窒素、LiBr(リチューム・ブロマイド)、又はフロンを含む、熱物理及び/又は熱化学の作用で状態変更可能な媒質であり、当該状態変更で気体状態から液体状態に変換することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の発電装置。
- 前記液体供給装置は自然の温度差の利用、又はその中に設けられた冷却装置によって冷却を行う冷却室であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の発電装置。
- 前記交替装置は、自然の温度差を利用、又はその中に設けられた加熱装置によって加熱を行う加熱室であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の発電装置。
