Claims (7)
- LD製鋼用の改良型ランスにおいて、
前記ランスの中心軸線を囲んで配置された複数の周縁の超音速ノズルであって、単一の入口の高圧ガス供給ラインを備える複数の周縁の超音速ノズルと、
中央ノズルとを備え、
前記中央ノズルが、別個の低圧ガス供給ラインを備える亜音速ノズルであり、
前記中央の亜音速ノズルを通る流量が、工程の要求に応じて吹込み中の液体金属の液滴の生成速度を変化させるように制御可能である、改良型ランス。 - 前記ランスが、前記周縁の超音速ノズルを6個、および前記中央の亜音速ノズルを1個備える、請求項1に記載された改良型ランス。
- 前記中央の亜音速ノズルが、前記亜音速ノズルを通る流量を容易に制御するために、収束する領域のみを備える、請求項1又は請求項2に記載された改良型ランス。
- 前記中央の亜音速ノズルが、前記周縁の超音速ノズルよりも大きな出口直径を有する、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載された改良型ランス。
- 前記複数の周縁の超音速ノズル用のガス供給ライン、及び前記中央の亜音速ノズル用のガス供給ラインが、流量を制御するために、アクチュエータを有する2つの別個の制御バルブを備える、請求項1に記載された改良型ランス。
- 前記中央の亜音速ノズルに設けられた前記制御バルブが、吹込みの最初の段階中のスピッティングを避けるために前記亜音速ノズルを通る流れを変えるためのものであり、金属の液滴の生成速度の大きさを変えることによって吹込み中の反応の力学を制御するためのものである、請求項5に記載された改良型ランス。
- 前記周縁の超音速ノズルが、等しいか又は交互に変わる前記ランスの鉛直軸線からの傾斜角を有することができる、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載された改良型ランス。
