Description
前記ジャッキはセンターホール式のジャッキであることが望ましい。
架構10はボイラ火炉壁Xやケージ壁Yなどが配置される中央部12、コールバンカZなどが配置される前部14、空気予熱器などが配置される後部16、小機器や配管が配置され中央部12に配置された機器の操作保守エリアともなる側部18とによって構成される。
Claims (3)
- 先行して立設した複数の鉄骨支柱の途中階に上層階のフロアユニットを仮固定し、前記鉄骨支柱の頂部相互を梁によって連結するとともに、前記仮固定した上層階のフロアユニットに下層階のフロアユニットを地上側で連結して複数階層のフロアユニットを形成した後に、前記仮固定を解除し、該複数階層のフロアユニットを上昇移動させて、各フロアユニットをそれぞれの設定階に取り付けることを上層階側から下層階側に向けて繰り返して架構の構築をなすことを特徴とするボイラ用架構の構築方法。
- ボイラ用架構を形成する複数の鉄骨支柱を頂部高さまで建て込みつつ、その途中階に最上階フロアユニットを仮固定するとともに、前記複数の鉄骨支柱の頂部相互を梁によって連結した頂部エリアにジャッキを装備する第1工程と、
前記ジャッキから吊り下ろした牽引手段に前記最上階フロアユニットよりも下層階のフロアユニットを接続してジャッキアップしつつ、複数階層のフロアユニットを地上側で連結する第2工程と、
前記第2工程で連結した複数階層のフロアユニットを前記ジャッキによって吊り上げて前記最上階フロアユニットに連結する第3工程と、
前記複数階層のフロアユニットの内、下層階側のフロアユニットを前記複数の鉄骨柱の途中階に仮固定した後に、該下層階側のフロアユニットを前記複数階層のフロアユニットから切り離す第4工程と、
前記最上階フロアユニットの仮固定を解除した後に、当該最上階フロアユニットと下層階フロアユニットとが連結した複数階層のフロアユニットをジャッキアップして、各フロアユニットをそれぞれの設定階に取り付ける第5工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするボイラ用架構の構築方法。 - 前記ジャッキがセンターホール式のジャッキであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のボイラ用架構の構築方法。
