Claims (10)
- 自動車用タイヤ圧力制御装置のための密封装置であって、車輪軸受の転がり軸受(3)の内レース(5)にある穴(13)を通り、車輪ボス(1)に相対回転しないように結合される密封ハウジング(4)を通り、かつ車輪ボス(1)自体を通って、車両タイヤへ圧縮空気を供給し、転がり軸受(3)の内レース(5)上に扁平な密封片(10)が取付けられ、この密封片(10)の半径方向外側端部が、密封ハウジング(4)へ向けられかつそれに当接する密封リップ(11)を持っていることを特徴とする密封装置。
- 扁平な密封片(10)がエラストマ材料又は弾性プラスチック材料から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の密封装置。
- 扁平な密封片(10)が、転がり軸受(3)の内レース(5)上に固定的に設けられる支持体部分(12)に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の密封装置。
- 密封ハウジング(4)内に滑り環(6)が取付けられ、密封ハウジングから遠い方にある滑り環(6)の内面が密封ハウジングに近い方にある板環(7)の外面とに密封接触し、板環(7)が断面を桶状又は鉢状に形成され、かつ内レース(5)に近い方にあるその底に穴(9)を持ち、内レース(5)に近い方にある板環(7)の底側が、扁平な密封片(10)上にその穴(13)の範囲において載っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の密封装置。
- 扁平な密封片(10)と密封ハウジング(4)との間に、漏れ空気を受入れるか又は更に先へ導く漏れ受入れ空間(28,29)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つに記載の密封装置。
- 漏れ受入れ空間(28,29)が、漏れ空気排出用穴(14,15,16)及び滑り環(6)と板環(7)との間の密封間隙に流れ接続されるように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の密封装置。
- 密封ハウジング(4)に、圧縮空気供給部(穴13)の軸線に対して平行に向けられる穴(15)が、圧縮空気充填の際生じる漏れ空気を排出するために形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の1つに記載の密封装置。
- 扁平な密封片(10)及び転がり軸受(3)の内レース(5)に、圧縮空気供給部(穴13)の軸線に対して平行に向けられる穴(14)が、圧縮空気充填の際生じる漏れ空気を排出するために形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の1つに記載の密封装置。
- 板環(7)に、底の近くで側方に、半径方向外方へ向く穴(16)が、圧縮空気充填の際生じる漏れ空気を排出するために形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の1つに記載の密封装置。
- 漏れ空気の排出のため設けられる穴(14,15,16)が排気弁(17)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の1つに記載の密封装置。
