Claims (4)
- エンジンと、発電電動機と、前記エンジン及び前記発電電動機と同軸上に配置された荷役ポンプと、前記荷役ポンプからの作動油により駆動される荷役アクチュエータと、前記荷役アクチュエータの駆動操作を行う荷役操作手段とを備えた荷役車両の荷役制御装置において、
前記荷役操作手段の操作量に応じたエンジン指令回転数を求める指令回転数設定手段と、
前記エンジン指令回転数に応じた駆動信号を前記エンジンに出力するエンジン駆動制御手段と、
前記エンジン指令回転数を記憶する記憶手段と、
前記発電電動機の実回転数を検出する回転数検出手段と、
前記記憶手段により記憶された所定時間前のエンジン指令回転数から決定されるフィードバック制御用指令回転数と前記回転数検出手段により検出された前記発電電動機の実回転数との偏差を算出する偏差算出手段と、
前記フィードバック制御用指令回転数と前記発電電動機の実回転数との偏差に応じた発電電動機アシスト量を求めるアシスト量設定手段と、
前記発電電動機アシスト量に応じた駆動信号を前記発電電動機に出力する発電電動機駆動制御手段とを備え、
最新の前記エンジン指令回転数に応じて前記エンジンを駆動することで前記荷役ポンプを駆動しながら、所定時間前の前記エンジン指令回転数から決定される前記フィードバック制御用指令回転数と現在の前記発電電動機の実回転数との偏差より求められた前記発電電動機アシスト量に応じて前記発電電動機を駆動することで、前記エンジンによる応答遅れを吸収しつつ前記エンジンによる前記荷役ポンプの駆動をアシストすることを特徴とする荷役車両の荷役制御装置。 - 前記フィードバック制御用指令回転数は、前記記憶手段により記憶された所定時間前のエンジン指令回転数であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の荷役車両の荷役制御装置。
- 前記偏差算出手段は、前記記憶手段により記憶された所定時間前のエンジン指令回転数と前記指令回転数設定手段により求められた最新のエンジン指令回転数と前記荷役アクチュエータにかかる負荷とに基づいて、前記フィードバック制御用指令回転数を決定する手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の荷役車両の荷役制御装置。
- 前記アシスト量設定手段は、前記フィードバック制御用指令回転数と前記発電電動機の実回転数との偏差に応じた発電電動機アシスト量に対してなまし処理を施す手段を有し、
前記発電電動機駆動制御手段は、前記なまし処理が施された発電電動機アシスト量に応じた駆動信号を前記発電電動機に出力することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の荷役車両の荷役制御装置。
