１．技術分野

図１１および１２は、図７〜１０に示される複数コイルステープルアプライヤのプッシャーの代替の実施形態である。図１１および１２に示されるように、プッシャー３１４の遠位端３１４ｂは、係合面３２６、係合面３２６の１つの側面に対して側方にオフセット位置にいる第１のステープルポケット３２２ａおよび係合面３２６の他方の側面に対して側方にオフセット位置にある第２のステープルポケット３２２ｂを含む。アンビル１４のアンビルポケット１４ａ（図１）は、ステープル３１８のステープル脚３１８ｂを上方に、そして第１のステープルポケット３２２ａに向かって側方に曲げ、そしてステープル３１８のステープル脚３１８ｃを上方に、そして第２のステープルポケット３２２ｂに向かって曲げるような形態である。プッシャー３１４のポケット３２２ａおよび３２２ｂは、ステープル３１８のステープル脚３１８ｂおよび３１８ｃを受容するよう位置決めされ、バックスパン３１８ａの１つの側面に脚３１８ｂを曲げ、そして図１２に示されるように、脚３１８ｃをバックスパン３１８ａの他方の側に曲げる。

Claims (9)
- 複数コイルステープルアプライヤであって：
ステープルスロットを規定するハウジング；
該ステープルスロット内に位置決めされ、そしてバックスパンおよび1対の間隔をおいた
脚を有するステープル；
該ステープルスロット内にスライド可能に受容されるような寸法のプッシャーであって、該プッシャーが、遠位面を有する遠位端を有し、該遠位面が、１つ以上のステープル変形ポケット、および該ステープルのバックスパンを係合するように位置決めされるステープル係合面を規定し、該１つ以上のステープル変形ポケットが該ステープル脚のコイル巻きを誘導するような形態である、プッシャー、および
アンビルポケットを備えるアンビルを備える、複数コイルステープルアプライヤ。 - 前記１つ以上のステープル変形ポケットが、第１および第２のステープル変形ポケットを含む、請求項１に記載の複数コイルステープルアプライヤ。
