−サイズが膜のカットオフ障壁よりも小さい溶解化合物、有機物、および微粒子の不十分な除去
−濾過中、特に、高濃度の懸濁物質や有機物を含有する水の処理中に停滞する物質(濾過ケーキとして知られる)による膜の目詰まりに関係した水理的能力の限界

表層水の浄化
試作機に供給する水の質を下表に示す。水は、貯水槽から供給され、低濁度で、高濃度の有機物(COT−UV)および青粉を含み、青粉の濃度はおそらく50000藻類/mlに達していることを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 浮上領域(c)と、膜濾過領域(e)と、スラッジの抽出手段(d)とを含み、浮上領域(c)と膜濾過領域(e)が共通区画(P)を有する浄水装置であって、
抽出手段(d)は共通区画(P)の上方に位置し、浮上領域(c)と濾過領域(e)のオーバフロー部と連通手段を備え、
壁(n)は、その上部において開口部を有し、混合領域(b)と浮上領域(c)を分離し、
流れを分配する要素(r)が、浮上領域(c)の底部に配置されており、
共通区画(P)がその下部に濾過領域(e)の方向への、流れを分配する前記要素の下に集まる浮上水の直進流を許容する開口(o)を備え、
これによって、前記膜には濾過段階と逆洗段階の両方において下から上に浮上水が供給されることを特徴とする、浄水装置。 - 抽出手段(d)が共通区画(P)の上方に設置された2つのオーバフロー部(d1、d2)を備え、かつ浮上領域(c)または濾過領域(e)のいずれかを起源とする流体を受け入れることを可能にする浮上領域(c)と濾過領域(e)の連通手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄水装置。
- 濾過領域(e)が、並置された膜モジュールで構成される区画からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の浄水装置。
- 濾過領域(e)の各区画が、大開口部を有する壁面バルブ(v)によって浮上領域(c)から分離されうることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の浄水装置。
- 濾過領域(e)がその最上部で完全に開いていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の浄水装置。
- 水の層流状態を作り出すためにバッフルまたはフィンが区画(P)の開口(o)の近くに設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の浄水装置。
- 浮上ステップと、膜濾過ステップと、浮上ステップから得られたスラッジを抽出するステップと、を含み、
浮上領域(c)と、膜濾過領域(e)と、スラッジの抽出手段(d)とを含み、浮上領域(c)と膜濾過領域(e)が共通区画(P)を有する浄水装置であって、
抽出手段(d)は共通区画(P)の上方に位置し、浮上領域(c)と濾過領域(e)のオーバフロー部と連通手段を備え、
壁(n)は、その上部において開口部を有し、混合領域(b)と浮上領域(c)を分離し、流れを分配する要素(r)が、浮上領域(c)の底部に配置されており、
共通区画(P)がその下部に濾過領域(e)の方向に浮上水の直進流を許容する開口(o)を備え、
これによって、前記膜には濾過段階と逆洗段階の両方において下から上に浮上水が供給される浄水装置によって実施される
浄水プロセスであって、
圧縮空気の注入が混合領域(b)の底部になされ、
浮上領域(c)の底部に配置された流れを分配する前記要素(r)によって、浮上領域(c)への水流分布が均一となり、かつ、流れを分配する前記要素の下に浮上水が集まり、この浮上水は、浮上領域(c)の下流を使用して膜モジュールに供給され、
濾過領域に向う浮上流が、濾過段階と逆洗段階の両方において前記膜に下から上に供給されるように流れることを特徴とする、浄水プロセス。 - 膜の逆洗段階で前記濾過領域から流れる浮上水を膜の接線方向に注入して、スラッジを抽出する装置を洗浄するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の浄水プロセス。
- スラッジを抽出する装置に備えた制御システムを用いて、オーバフローの回収を所望するレベルに制御することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の浄水プロセス。
- 浮上ステップと濾過ステップの間に新たに試薬を注入するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の浄水プロセス。
- 海水、汽水、表層水、あるいは都市または産業からの処理廃水を浄化する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置の使用。
- 海水、汽水、表層水、あるいは都市または産業からの処理廃水を浄化する、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載のプロセスの利用。
