Description
そして、適宜手段による回転軸の回動に基づいて切換ダンパーを揺動させ、パッキンを管体の内壁面に圧接し、主管部と枝管部の分岐部分を閉塞して主管部の流入口と流出口とを連通状態とし、或は、主管部の中途部分を閉塞し、主管部の流入口または流出口と枝管部を連通状態として流路の切り換えを行っている。このパッキンによって、ブロワ圧力が高くなっても、鋳物でできたボールバルブ等のものよりも、エアリーク量を相対的に低く押えている。
また、板金のプレス加工によって管を作り、各パーツを溶接により接続することで、従来の鋳物で製作されたボールバルブ型等の流路切換装置の軽量化を図り、施工の容易性、コストパフォーマンスを確保している。
さらに、ステンレス鋼等を溶接し、板金加工でシール部の曲線部を構成していたので、職人の熟練した板金技術が要求され、その技術をもってしても、シール部に製作誤差が生じる場合があり、安定した加工精度がでないという問題があった。
(1)シールを金属部材の圧接により構成しているので、異物混入のリスクがなく、シール破損片の粉粒体への混入を防止し、カビ、害虫等の異物が発生し難く、コンタミネーションを好適に防止できるとともに、エアリークを確実に防止できる。
(2)主管部を2つのパーツに分割するとともに、第1環状部及び第2環状部を設けることで、シール部の安定した加工精度を実現できる。

Claims (3)
- 主管部と枝管部とで管体を構成し、軸受部で回転自在に支承される回転軸を設け、該回転軸に固定されるとともに該回転軸を支点として管体内で揺動する切換ダンパーを設けた粉粒体移送用流路切換装置において、
前記主管部は斜めに分割された第1主管部及び第2主管部を備え、当該第1主管部の一端に第1開口と第2開口を設け、
前記第1主管部の第1開口と第2主管部とを、開放端を備える第1環状部を介して接続し、
前記第1主管部の第2開口と前記枝管部とを、前記第1環状部とは角度を設けた、開放端を備える第2環状部を介して接続し、
前記回転軸及び軸受部が前記第1開口と第2開口の境界部に位置するように設定するとともに、前記軸受部に前記第1環状部、第2環状部、第2主管部、及び前記枝管部とが接続し、
前記切換ダンパーが前記第1環状部及び第2環状部の間で前記回転軸を支点として揺動する構成とし、
前記切換ダンパーの外周端面が前記第1環状部又は第2環状部の内周端面に金属同士で圧接することにより、前記第1主管部と前記第2主管部、又は、前記第1主管部と前記枝管部のいずれかの連通を閉塞するとともにシールすることを特徴とする粉粒体移送用流路切換装置。 - 前記管体が板金加工された金属性の鋼材で構成され、
前記切換ダンパー、第1環状部、及び第2環状部が鋼板を機械加工した金属性の鋼材であって、前記管体の壁の厚みよりもその厚みが大きく設定され、
前記第1主管部が前記第1環状部と第2環状部に溶接で接続され、前記第2主管部が前記軸受部及び前記第1環状部に溶接接続され、前記枝管部が前記軸受部及び前記第2環状部に溶接接続される請求項1の粉粒体移送用流路切換装置。 - 前記第1環状部及び第2環状部がそれぞれ、コ字形状又はU字形状の3枚以上の鋼板を備え、両側の鋼板の間隙に中間の鋼板が嵌合され、前記3枚以上の鋼板が締結された積層構造を備える請求項1又は2の粉粒体移送用流路切換装置。
