Claims (11)
- 脊柱の椎体(4)を固定するための脊椎前方固定プレートであって、
少なくともそれぞれ内側の穴(9,10)を形成する一対の翼状部分と、これらと一体に形成され、かつこれらの間に縦方向(7C)に掛け渡されたブリッジ部(7A)とからなる、U字状のプレート本体(6)と、
一方の穴(9)と合わせられる内側の開口(2)を形成するための内側部分と、これより横方向に外側へと延在されて外側の開口(2)を形成する外側部分とからなる翼状部材(8"')と、
前記翼状部分の外側端同士を結ぶように縦方向に延び、前記翼状部材(8"')の外側の開口(2)、または、前記翼状部分の外側部分に形成される外側の開口(2)と合わせられる2つの通し孔(15)を有する補助プレート(14)と、
前記内側の穴(9,10)に挿通される内側の骨ネジ(3−A)と、前記外側の開口(2)に挿通される外側の骨ネジ(3−B)とからなるアセンブリーであることを特徴とする脊椎前方固定プレート。 - 脊柱の椎体(4)を固定するための脊椎前方固定プレートであって、
内側の穴としてそれぞれ長穴(9)及び丸穴(10)を形成する翼状部分と、これらと一体に形成され、かつこれらの間に縦方向(7C)に掛け渡されたブリッジ部(7A)と、丸穴(10)を形成する翼状部分に含まれ、内側の穴(10)を形成する部分(7B)から横方向に外側へと延在されて外側の開口(2)を形成する翼状延在部(8')とからなる、U字状のプレート本体(6)と、
一方の穴(9)と合わせられる内側の開口(2)を形成するための内側部分と、これより横方向に外側へと延在されて外側の開口(2)を形成する外側部分とからなる翼状部材(8"')と、
翼状延在部(8')と、翼状部材(8"')の外側部分とを結ぶように縦方向に延び、前記外側の開口(2)と合わせられる2つの通し孔(15)を有する補助プレート(14)と、
前記長穴(9)及び丸穴(10)に挿通される内側の骨ネジ(3)と、前記外側の開口(2)に挿通される外側の骨ネジ(3)とからなるアセンブリーであり、
前記2つの通し孔(15)のうちの一方は、前記長穴(9)に対応する長穴状であり、一つの前記内側の骨ネジ(3)が、前記長穴(9)と、長穴状の通し孔(15)とを挿通することを特徴とする脊椎前方固定プレート。 - 前記内側の穴(9)を形成する部分に、翼状部材(8"')を係止する係止部(11)、または、翼状部材(8"')を受け入れる受入部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 一方の前記翼状部分に、ブリッジ部(7A)に平行に延びる楕円状ないし長円状の長穴(9)が設けられ、他方の前記翼状部分に、円形状の丸穴(10)が設けられ、翼状部材(8"')が長穴(9)に平行にシフト可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 一方の前記翼状部分と、翼状部材(8"')とが、これらに設けられた係止レール部(12)と係止ツメ(13)とによって係合することにより、翼状部材(8"')を縦方向に位置調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 前記翼状部分の外側部分に、補助プレート(14)を差し込むための受け入れ部(16)が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 補助プレート(14)の通し孔(15)は、補助プレート(14)が前記受け入れ部(16)に差し込まれた際に、前記外側の開口(2)に位置合わせされていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 前記開口(2)が、椎骨の側にて、球面状その他の凹レンズ面状の凹陥部をなしており、前記骨ネジ(3)のネジ頭が球面状またはその他の凸レンズ面状の凸状湾曲面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 骨ネジ(3)が軸方向管路を備える請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 前記ブリッジ部(7A)は、幅が厚みよりも大きく、前記長穴(9)及び丸穴(10)を形成する部分がリング状部分(7B)からなり、これらの穴に挿通される内側の骨ネジ(3)の傾斜角度を調整可能であり、2つのリング状部分(7B)がブリッジ部(7A)の中心軸の一方の側に配置されることで、リング状部分(7B)の間に湾入部を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
- 補助プレート(14)が組み合わされた際に、全体が矩形状をなし、前記湾入部が中央の穴をなすことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の脊椎前方固定プレート。
