Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于稳定脊椎的腹侧板,它具有一个具有许多开孔(2)的板体,用于容纳透穿开孔(2)的、旋进相邻椎骨的椎骨体(4)里面的骨螺钉(3)。所述板体U形地构成,并具有一个基体连接臂(7)和两个从基体连接臂伸出来的侧腿(8),在侧腿中构成开孔(2)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于稳定脊椎的腹侧板,它具有一个具有许多开孔的板体,用于容纳透穿开孔的、旋进相邻椎骨的椎骨体里面的骨螺钉。
背景技术
早就已知用于骨组合的骨骼板并尤其用于在骨折时盖住断开位置。此外也在椎柱外科中用于固定相邻的椎骨体。但是缺陷是,对于已知的骨骼板在实现上述盖住时,即,手术时看不到由骨骼板盖住的部位,这尤其在脊椎手术中不利的是,在骨骼板定位以后必须接着进行手术,用于加入骨骼、粘骨粉(knochenzement)或其它的椎骨替换部件。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,改进上述形式的腹侧板,使得这个腹侧板易于使手术者实现手术。
这个目的对于一个上述形式的板如下得以实现,所述板体U形地构成,具有一个基体连接臂和两个从基体连接臂伸出来的侧腿,在侧腿中构成开孔。
这种结构形状的优点是,虽然通过穿过开孔的骨螺钉可以使腹侧板固定在相邻椎骨体上,但是在椎骨体之间的部位没有变化地可以清楚看到并且也可以接触到,因为空出紧靠开孔之间的部位。在此通过侧腿获得一个腹侧板在椎骨体上的大的接合面,由此可以没有大的点负荷地传递作用力。
为了改善腹侧板在腹侧定位时在椎骨体上的定位而规定,在面向椎骨体的一侧上的表面在横截面中凹下地拱曲。如果在基体连接臂中构成一个长孔以及一个圆孔,则易于使腹侧板相对于椎骨体和必要时已经装进椎骨体中的骨螺钉的正确定位。由此尤其提供如下方案,不仅通过穿过开孔的骨螺钉实现使腹侧板在椎骨体上的固定,而且附加地也固定基体连接臂,为此有利的是,所述基体连接臂和侧腿多体地构成,因为由此可以选择使腹侧板逐步固定在椎骨体上,即,例如首先将基体连接臂或侧腿固定在椎骨体上,然后接着连接互补的结构部件并且使其起到正确取向的作用。当然存在这种方案,也可以选择使预装置(vormatiert)提供的腹侧板作为单元固定。对于逐步固定有利的是,在基体连接臂中构成用于侧腿的定位座,用于由此在基体连接臂与侧腿之间可靠地建立一个保持,即使在骨螺钉完全拧紧之前。如果在长孔中在其纵向上构成定位条用于与在侧腿上构成的定位舌共同作用,通过长孔的所期望的和可靠建立的可移动性在使用和形成定位座时也能够保持。
此外有利的是,在每个侧腿中构成两个开孔,因为由此第二开孔能够使透穿长孔或圆孔的骨螺钉同时也可以用于使侧腿相对于基体连接臂并相对于椎骨体固定。
一个特别优选的实施例的特征是,具有一个用于固定在侧腿上的辅助板,用于搭接侧腿相互间的间距。这个辅助板保证,最初给出在侧腿之间的间距即在板后面空间的接触性,其中通过在以后某个时刻可以固定在腹侧板上的辅助板改变腹侧板的机械特性,尤其时提高刚度和承载性,如果不再需要接触性的时候。
通过在侧腿中构成用于装进辅助板的容纳体,可以在腹侧板与辅助板之间实现更好的、尤其形状配合的连接。
为了使辅助板不必配备附加的骨螺钉,构成其形状,使在辅助板中构成通孔,通孔在辅助板装进容纳体里面时与开孔对中。
在此特别优选,使所述开孔在面对椎骨的一侧上凹下地成形,因为由此能限制骨螺钉的方向、尤其是限制骨螺钉的纵轴线相对于腹侧板的方向并且适配于具体呈现的解剖学情况。
此外有利的是,使所述螺钉有两种形式,其中之一具有一个凸起成形的螺钉头而另一种具有一个在螺钉头上的环形突缘。

具体实施方式
在附图中在图1至10中示出一个腹侧板1,它用于稳定脊椎并为此在一个板体中具有多个开孔2,该板体被骨螺钉3穿过,用于使板1固定在相邻脊椎骨的椎骨体4上。在此所述骨螺钉3以两种结构形状呈现,其中一种具有一个凸起成形的螺钉头而另一种在螺钉头上具有一个环形突缘(Ringbund)5(图2)。
所述板1具有一个U形构成的板体6,它具有一个基体连接臂7和两个从基体连接臂伸出来的侧腿8,在侧腿中构成用于骨螺钉3的开孔2,其中在面向椎骨体4的板1的一侧上表面在横截面中凹下地拱曲。
尤其由图2可以看出,在基体连接臂7中构成一个长孔9以及一个圆孔10并且使基体连接臂7和侧腿8多体地构成。在基体连接臂7中构成用于侧腿8的定位座11,其中定位座11之一附属于长孔9,为此该长孔在其纵向上具有定位条12,用于与在侧腿8上构成的定位舌13共同作用。在侧腿8中构成两个开孔2。
在附图中还可以看出,对所述板1附设一个用于固定在侧腿8上的辅助板14,通过它可以搭接侧腿8相互间的间距,其结果是相应地加大腹侧板1与通过腹侧板构成的定位面。在侧腿8中构造容纳体16,在其中可以形状配合连接地装进辅助板14。此外在辅助板14中构成通孔15,它们在辅助板装进容纳体里面时与开孔2对中,其结果是使在侧腿8中构成的开孔由一个骨螺钉3穿过,该骨螺钉也透卡辅助板14的一个通孔15,而侧腿8的另一开孔2由一个骨螺钉3穿过,它也透卡基体连接臂7的长孔9或圆孔10。
从图6和8中可以看出,所述开孔2在面对椎骨的一侧上凹下地成形,其结果是使骨螺钉3通过其凸起成形的螺钉头可以在其方向上适配在开孔2内部。
图9至11示出按照本发明的腹侧板1在其使用领域中侧面固定在一个脊椎的两个椎骨体4上,其中对于手术者存在这种可能性,首先将具有凸起成形的螺钉头的骨螺钉3旋进两个相邻的椎骨中,然后放置侧腿8和基体连接臂7,通过螺母暂时或最终地固定。通过C形结构形状保持两个椎骨体4之间的接触性和可见性,由此对于手术者也存在这种可能性,即以简单的方式将一个可分离的部件16作为椎间盘替换件导引到椎骨体4之间。在相应地纵向伸展腹侧板1用于搭接由一个去除的椎骨体4构成的空隙时也可能使一个椎骨替换体导引到相应间隔的相邻椎骨体4之间。最后将辅助板14装进侧腿8的容纳体16里面并通过具有环形突缘5的骨螺钉3固定。
图6示出,所述骨螺钉3具有一个注射孔,通过它可以压入粘附剂、尤其是粘骨粉用于改善骨螺钉3在椎骨体4中配合。在此该注射孔的出口不必一定是轴向的,而是也可以是径向的。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于稳定脊椎的腹侧板,其具有带有多个开孔(2)的板体,用于容纳透穿开孔(2)的、旋进相邻椎骨的椎骨体(4)里面的骨螺钉(3),其特征在于,所述板体U形地构成,并具有基体连接臂(7)和两个从基体连接臂伸出来的侧腿(8),在其中构成开孔(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的板,其特征在于,在面向椎骨体(4)的一侧上的表面在横截面中凹下地拱曲。
3.如权利要求1或2中所述的腹侧板,其特征在于,在基体连接臂(7)中构成一个长孔(9)以及一个圆孔(10)。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,所述基体连接臂(7)和侧腿(8)多体地构成。
5.如权利要求4所述的板,其特征在于,在基体连接臂(7)中构成用于侧腿(8)的定位座(11)。
6.如权利要求中5所述的板,其特征在于,定位座(11)之一附属于长孔(9)。
7.如权利要求6所述的板,其特征在于,在长孔(9)中在其纵向上构造定位条(12)用于与在侧腿(8)上构成的定位舌(13)共同作用。
8.如权利要求4至7中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,在每个侧腿(8)中构成两个开孔(2)。
9.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,设有用于固定在侧腿(8)上的辅助板(14),用于搭接侧腿相互间的间距。
10.如权利要求9所述的板,其特征在于,在侧腿(8)中构成用于装进辅助板(14)的容纳体(16)。
11.如权利要求10所述的板,其特征在于,在辅助板(14)中构成通孔(15),它们在辅助板(14)装进容纳体(16)里面时与开孔(2)对中。
12.如权利要求1至11所述的板,其特征在于,所述开孔(2)在面对椎骨的一侧上凹下地成形。
13.如权利要求12所述的板,其具有附属的螺钉,其特征在于,所述螺钉(3)有两种形式,其中一种具有凸起成形的螺钉头而另一种在螺钉头上具有环形突缘(5)。
