Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 손상된 척추경에 고정된 복수의 척추경 나사못을 연결하며 상호 이격 배치되는 제1척추로드 및 제2척추로드를 연결하는 척추로드 연결용 측방 클릭 커넥터장치에 있어서,상기 제1척추로드가 장착되는 제1장착부와, 상기 제1장착부와 이격되어 상기 제2척추로드가 장착되는 제2장착부를 가지며, 상기 제1장착부 및 상기 제2장착부 중 적어도 어느 하나 또는 둘 다에는 상기 제1장착부 및 상기 제2장착부 중 다른 하나를 향해 해당 척추로드가 인입가능하도록 상기 해당 척추로드의 길이방향을 따라 절개된 절개부가 형성되어 있는 커넥터 몸체와;상기 커넥터 몸체에 착탈가능하게 마련되어, 상기 제1척추로드를 상기 제1장착부에 지지하는 하나 이상의 제1리테이너와;상기 커넥터 몸체에 착탈가능하게 마련되어, 상기 제2척추로드를 상기 제2장착부에 지지하는 하나 이상의 제2리테이너와;상기 커넥터 몸체에 마련되어, 상기 제1장착부와 상기 제2장착부를 틸트 및 스위블 가능하게 상호 연결하는 연결구를 포함하고,상기 연결구는,상기 제1장착부와 상기 제2장착부 중 어느 하나로부터 돌출된 구면형상의 볼과;상기 제1장착부와 상기 제2장착부 중 다른 하나로부터 함몰되어 상기 볼을 둘러싸며, 상기 볼을 틸트 및 스위블 가능하게 지지하는 볼베어링부를 포함하며,고정용 너트가 상기 볼베어링부에 나사결합되면서 상기 볼이 형성된 상기 제1장착부와 상기 제2장착부 중 어느 하나의 단부를 둘러싸는 것에 의해 상기 볼을 요동 중심으로 하여 상기 제1장착부의 축선의 연장선과 상기 제2장착부의 축선이 서로 만나도록 상기 볼과 상기 볼베어링부를 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추로드 연결용 측방 클릭 커넥터장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1리테이너와 상기 제2리테이너는 각각 볼트이며, 상기 커넥터 몸체에는 상기 제1장착부 및 상기 제2장착부에 장착된 상기 제1척추로드 및 상기 제2척추로드를 지지하도록 상기 제1리테이너 및 상기 제2리테이너가 각각 나사 결합되는 나사공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추로드 연결용 측방 클릭 커넥터장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절개부가 형성되지 않은 장착부에는 상기 커넥터 몸체를 관통하는 관통공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추로드 연결용 측방 클릭 커넥터장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절개부는 상기 커넥터 몸체의 외측 가장자리로부터 절개 형성되고, 상기 절개부의 폭은 상기 척추로드의 외경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 척추로드 연결용 측방 클릭 커넥터장치.
