本发明公开了一种能够有效缩减使用空间的矫形棒连接器的连接器,包括连接器主体,连接件,万向球和锁紧螺钉,连接器主体为中空结构,连接件包括万向球容纳部和连接部两部分,连接部为圆环结构,套接于连接器主体的中空结构内,连接器主体设置有矫形棒穿入孔,垂直矫形棒穿入孔设置锁紧孔与锁紧螺钉配合,万向球容纳部设置有球形孔,球形孔中安装万向球,两者转动配合,万向球上设置有矫形棒穿入孔且与连接器主体上的矫形棒穿入孔同向。采用本连接器不仅可以使两根棒进行相对自由纵向移动,还可以使两根棒在一定角度内实现相对摆动,减少对脊柱左右移动的约束,增加脊柱的柔韧性。同时,本发明的结构有效降低了占用空间,更具备实用性能。

Description

一种能够有效缩减使用空间的矫形棒连接器的连接器
技术领域
本发明医疗器械设备技术领域,具体涉及一种能够有效缩减使用空间的矫形棒连接器的连接器。
背景技术
脊柱畸形是指脊柱的一个或数个节段偏离脊柱中线的弯曲,通常伴有椎体的旋转和矢状面上后突或前突的增加或减小。它是一种三维的脊柱畸形,其发生率在青少年中约0.5-2%左右,可由多种疾病所引起。当脊柱侧凸角度过大,或呈现明显的进展趋势时,就需要考虑手术治疗;否则会逐渐发展为严重且僵硬的脊柱畸形,严重影响患儿的心脏和呼吸功能,影响脊髓功能导致瘫痪,甚至威胁生命。手术治疗的主要目的是防止畸形进展、恢复脊柱平衡;尽可能的矫正畸形。目前对脊柱畸形进行手术矫形的基本原理,即基于固定于脊柱上不同部位的金属锚定器具(如椎弓根螺钉、钩、钢丝),由坚强的金属棒将其连接,同时通过工具施加矫形力进行矫形,并强制对脊柱进行固定和融合。
临床上,为了加强对脊柱固定的强度,或在脊柱已固定的节段进行延长固定,以及在小儿早发性脊柱畸形的生长棒治疗中,常常需要使用联接器进行棒与棒之间的联接,目前最常使用的联接器为棒间连接器,由于联接器设计的初衷在于可靠地获得棒与棒之间的稳定联接,其结构形式为,在一个四方体上,加工2个同向的孔,孔壁上加工有锁紧螺钉,把需要连接的两个棒的头对尾分别穿入这两个孔,再用锁紧螺钉压紧锁定,即完成连接,如。
然而,利用现有的棒间联接器治疗小儿早发性脊柱畸形存在明显弊端。一方面,每隔固定的时间(一般6-9个月)均需要行手术一次,以显露联接器,单侧松开其与棒联接的紧固螺钉,并使用撑开力量使小儿脊柱获得有限延长,目的是为脊柱的生长预留空间;由此反复数次,甚至数十次后,必然给手术带来极高的手术并发症。另一方面,矫形棒之间被完全锁死固定,矫形棒无法实现自由伸缩,限制了脊柱自由生长,并不符合目前生物学治疗的原则。为此研制开发了一种可以允许矫形棒自由伸缩,同时带摆动角度补偿的多功能联接器具有十分重大的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够有效缩减使用空间的矫形棒连接器的连接器。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,包括连接器主体,连接件,万向球和锁紧螺钉,所述的连接器主体为中空结构,所述的连接件包括万向球容纳部和连接部两部分,连接部为圆环结构,套接于连接器主体的中空结构内,所述的连接器主体设置有矫形棒穿入孔,垂直矫形棒穿入孔设置锁紧孔与锁紧螺钉配合,所述万向球容纳部设置有球形孔,所述球形孔中安装万向球,两者转动配合,所述万向球上设置有矫形棒穿入孔且与连接器主体上的矫形棒穿入孔同向。
采用本连接器将两根矫形棒连接起来以后,解决了置入长棒穿棒连接困难的难题,可以使1#矫形棒相对于2#矫形棒进行自由纵向移动,在适当控制脊柱畸形的同时,诱导畸形的脊柱纵向自由生长,避免了对脊柱生长的约束,并避免了多次反复撑开延长手术和脊髓牵张对于脊髓功能的威胁,万向球的设置可以使1#矫形棒相对于2#矫形棒在一定的角度内摆动,减少了对脊柱左右移动的约束,增加脊柱的柔韧性,同时,由于本发明连接件的连接部分与连接器主体套接配合,连接部分为圆环形结构,与连接主体配合后,可以在连接器主体的中空结构内以棒5为转动轴,在一定的范围内进行摆动,因此也显著降低了由于一端脊柱被固定二带来的自发性融合风险。同时,将连接件的连接部分与连接器主体有效的组合起来,有效缩减了本连接器主体的体积,针对一些特殊病例,对连接器的体积有要求的情况下,采用本连接器能够有效降低使用空间。而不是存在由于体积较大而无法置入的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明,但不以任何方式对本发明加以限制,基于本发明教导所作的任何变换,均落入本发明保护范围。
如图1~2所示,本发明包括连接器主体1,连接件11,万向球2和锁紧螺钉3,所述的连接器主体1为中空结构,所述的连接件11包括万向球容纳部和连接部两部分,连接部为圆环结构,套接于连接器主体1的中空结构内,所述的连接器主体1设置有矫形棒穿入孔,垂直矫形棒穿入孔设置锁紧孔与锁紧螺钉3配合,所述万向球容纳部设置有球形孔,所述球形孔中安装万向球2,两者转动配合,所述万向球2上设置有矫形棒穿入孔且与连接器主体1上的矫形棒穿入孔同向。
所述的连接器主体1为正方体、长方体或者圆柱体结构。
所述的连接器主体1为正方体或长方体时均倒圆角。
所述的连接件11的连接部与所述的连接器主体1为活动连接,两者转动配合。
所述的锁紧孔至少设置一个。
所述的连接器主体1为钛合金材质。
所述的连接件11为钛合金材质。
所述的万向球连接部为圆柱体结构。
本发明的工作原理和过程:
使用本连接器时,先将锁紧螺钉3放松,将2#矫形棒穿入连接器主体1的矫形棒穿入孔中,穿出端矫形棒伸出的长度为2~4mm即可。拧紧锁紧螺钉3,用锁紧螺钉3将矫形棒压紧并固定。再将1#矫形棒穿入万向球2的孔中,穿出端矫形棒的伸出长度为8~20mm。1#矫形棒在万向球2的孔中可以滑动,当矫形棒需要摆动补偿时,万向球2转动,带动1#矫形棒转动,满足矫形棒摆动的需求。同时,连接件11的连接部分在连接器主体1的中空结构内,以棒5为转动轴,也可以做一定角度的摆动,从而使1#相对于2#矫形棒可以获得更大的相对位移。

1.一种能够有效缩减使用空间的矫形棒连接器,包括连接器主体(1),连接件(11),万向球(2)和锁紧螺钉(3),其特征是:所述的连接器主体(1)为中空结构,所述的连接件(11)包括万向球容纳部和连接部两部分,连接部套接于连接器主体(1)的中空结构内,所述连接器主体(1)设置有矫形棒穿入孔,连接部为圆环结构,圆环结构与矫形棒穿入孔对应,垂直于矫形棒穿入孔设置锁紧孔且与锁紧螺钉(3)配合,所述万向球容纳部设置有球形孔,所述球形孔中安装万向球(2),两者转动配合,所述万向球(2)上设置有矫形棒穿入孔且与连接器主体(1)上的矫形棒穿入孔同向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矫形棒连接器,其特征是:所述的连接器主体(1)为正方体、长方体或者圆柱体结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的矫形棒连接器,其特征是:所述的连接器主体(1)为正方体或长方体时均倒圆角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的矫形棒连接器,其特征是:所述的锁紧孔至少设置一个。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的矫形棒连接器,其特征是:所述的连接器主体(1)为钛合金材质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的矫形棒连接器,其特征是:所述的连接件(11)为钛合金材质。
