本发明涉及一种实现微创手术目的的圈簧形骨外固定器，包括骨面固定组件、体外固定器和纵向外框，纵向外框为圈簧状，所述骨面固定组件包括若干固定块，所述固定块之间设置有固定线缆，所述固定块固定在纵向外框上，所述固定线缆之间通过固定块围成支撑框架，本发明采用外框和拉紧线的配合，通过直径更小的拉紧线在外框的支撑下，形成一个或多个固定网孔，从而实现对骨骼的配合，因为拉紧线的低弹性，不仅可以保证骨骼的固定，同时也可以防止拉紧线对骨骼表面的过度压迫，造成骨坏死。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种圈簧形骨外固定器，具有涉及一种采用线缆进行骨部固定的骨外固定器。
背景技术
在骨折等骨科治疗过程中，术后经常通过各种支架穿透皮表，对骨骼进行固定使之恢复，在恢复后，再通过创伤手术，将支架进行拆除，整个过程需要进行多次手术，对人体肌肉和表皮部分带来的创伤比较大，而且术后恢复期也比较长，同时传统的支架对骨部带来的压迫和创伤都比较大；
对此现在市场上，提供了很多能一定程度上降低手术时创伤程度和减少手术次数，同时又可以加快愈合的骨科固定器，如专利号为ZL201120537796.6的发明，其中提出了一种用于骨骼部包裹的钢丝，这种钢丝通过在钢丝表面设置可吸收材料保护套来降低对骨骼的损伤，降低骨骼缺血坏死的几率，但其本身还是通过多次缠绕的方式实现骨部的固定，在骨骼恢复后，拆除钢丝手术所带来的皮肤和肌肉床上还是很大，需要比较长的时间进行恢复；
再如同ZL201420132756.7名称为一种髌骨外固定架的发明专利，其中也提出了一种微创的骨骼外部的固定架，此结构比较比较类似于现在普遍使用的钢钉固定式的结构，其主要目的是实现多方位的骨部固定，同时细钢钉对人体带来的创伤也比较小，可以避免二次取出手术对人体带来的伤害和感染，但在其技术方案中，钢钉起主要的支撑作用，为了保证其一定的支撑性能（即抗弯强度）所以钢钉本身无法做的像针灸针那样细，所以其钢钉对人体表皮和肌肉创伤程度的减小还是比较有限的,而且钢钉本身因为其体积缘故和特殊的生物性能缘故，如果使用钛合金等材料制作的话，加工难度和成本都比较高，如果使用一些生物性能较好的聚合物制作的话，其强度又无法保证，同时该发明的主支撑器为一个环形金属板，安装时，会对待手术的肢体部带来遮挡，安装会比较困难，也无法实现在X光照下的准确安装；
所以综上所述，现有技术中的骨骼外部固定器具还是存在着许多的不足，例如：安装带来的创伤、二次取出手术创伤、成本无法降低、安装难度大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术中支架安装创伤大、固定手术复杂等技术问题，提供一种对安装者创伤较小，可以减少甚至不需要二次手术的骨科固定支架。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种圈簧形骨外固定器，包括体外固定器和纵向固定器，所述纵向固定器之间通过体外固定器固定到身体表面，所述纵向固定器包括纵向外框和若干设置在外框内的骨面固定组件；
所述纵向外框为圈簧状，所述骨面固定组件包括若干个固定在纵向外框上的固定块，所述固定块之间设置有固定线缆，所述外框之间设置有至少由两个固定线缆组成的支撑框架，所述支撑框架与骨面接触、实现骨骼的支撑；
所述体外固定器包括两个设置在纵向外框轴向两侧的固定塞，所述固定塞的外壁上设置有与所述纵向外框的内环对应的螺纹凹槽，所述固定塞中部设置有一个圆柱形通孔，所述圆柱形通孔内设置有圆管状的支撑套，所述固定塞由至少两个弧形块组成。
作为本发明的进一步创新，所述固定塞的上下两端设置有环形凹槽，所述弧形块之间通过设置在环形凹槽内的卡簧固定连接。
作为本发明的进一步创新，所述固定块包括一个用于固定固定线缆的固定孔，所述固定孔的侧壁上设置有锁紧螺钉A。
作为本发明的进一步创新，所述固定块包括一个用于与外框套接的滑动孔，所述滑动孔的侧壁上设置有锁紧螺钉B。

本发明的有益效果是：
本发明采用外框和拉紧线的配合，通过直径更小的拉紧线在外框的支撑下，形成一个或多个固定网孔，从而实现对骨骼的配合，因为拉紧线的低弹性，不仅可以保证骨骼的固定，同时也可以防止拉紧线对骨骼表面的过度压迫，造成骨坏死；
同时本发明因为其直径较小，所以初期手术时，遮挡面也比较小，可以进行比较精确的手术，而且拉紧线的植入其创口面只有针孔大小，可以实现微创手术的目的；
本发明的圈形弹簧状的外框，不仅提高了整体性，同时因为弹簧抗纵向变形的弹性，使得本发明的外框可以根据人体手臂的形状进行微量的变形，而因为弹簧本身的弹性，又可以对直筒型的骨骼进行自我矫正；
支撑套可以在固定塞旋入的同时，防止固定塞内壁与人体表皮发生摩擦，造成表皮的破损。
此外本发明亦可实现对骨骼的缠绕固定，从而适应粉碎性骨折的状况。
上述圈簧形骨外固定器的工作方法，其特征在于包括： 在固定时，首先根据具体情况，将固定线缆穿入到皮下，直到从肢部的另一侧引出，随后将纵向外框套入套入到人体的手臂，将固定块通过锁紧螺钉B固定到纵向外框上，将固定线缆3的两端拉紧并且通过锁紧螺钉A，将固定线缆3进行固定，随后设置第二对固定块上的固定线缆，直到将骨骼束缚在图2所示固定线缆所围成的中心框内，实现骨骼的固定。
1、本发明的外框也采用了外形较小、遮挡面积也比较小的环形结构，减轻了整个固定器的重量，降低了手术的难度，也节约了材料。
2、本发明的拉紧线采用夹紧式固定，这种结构可以提高安装的便利性，同时拉紧线也可以以一个更高的预紧力安装。
3、本发明的固定块与外框之间为滑动固定，可以更加方便的调整固定块之间的位置，从而方便的根据具体的骨骼状况，调整拉紧线的固定位置，极大增加了泛用性。
4、具有生物相容性的脂肪族聚酯材质制成的拉紧线，因为其低生物排斥性，在恢复后，可以留在人体的体内，可以降低二次拆除手术的创伤程度，如果骨骼本身破坏程度不大的话，可以不进行二次拆除手术。
5、本发明的拉紧线缆中还加入了一个钛合金制成的强化线缆以防止拉紧过度导致的拉紧线断裂的情况，在恢复后可以直接将钛合金的强化线缆抽出，部分留在体内也不会存在太大的排异问题。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图，仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构，因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
实施例1
外骨固定器主要包括若干纵向固定器和用于连接固定各个纵向固定器的连接支架，同时在支架的两端设置有用于与肢体部分固定的体外固定器，本产品主要对用于与骨骼连接的纵向固定器进行改良，取消原来的钢钉式固定；
具体如图1所示，本产品中的纵向外框为圈簧状，纵向外框内设置有骨面固定组件，骨面固定组件主要包括若干固定块1，所述固定块1之间设置有固定线缆3，所述固定块固定在固定外框2上，所述固定线缆3之间通过固定块在固定外框2上的定位，从而围成支撑框架；
其中固定块（如图4所示）包括一个用于将固定块1套接到固定外框2上的滑动孔1-2，在滑动孔1-2的内壁上设置有锁紧螺钉B，同时固定块上还设置有一个用于穿过固定线缆3的固定孔1-1，同样的在固定孔1-1的侧壁上设置有一个用于固定固定线缆3的锁紧螺钉A；
其中固定线缆包括具有生物相容性的脂肪族聚酯材质制成的拉紧线，在拉紧线中部设置有同样为生物相容性材料的钛合金制成的强化金属线；
具有生物相容性的脂肪族聚酯材质制成的拉紧线，因为其低生物排斥性，在恢复后，可以留在人体的体内，可以降低二次拆除手术的创伤程度，如果骨骼本身破坏程度不大的话，可以不进行二次拆除手术；
钛合金制成的强化线缆以防止拉紧过度导致的拉紧线断裂的情况，在恢复后可以直接将钛合金的强化线缆抽出，部分留在体内也不会存在太大的排异问题；
此外，如图1、图6、图7所示，固定外框2的侧面设置有两个固定塞7，固定塞7的外壁设置有与纵向外框内壁对应的螺纹凹槽，同时在固定塞7的内部设置有一个用于安装支撑套8的通孔，在支撑套8中间设置有一个用于安放手臂或者腿部的安装孔，支撑套8一般为矽胶等透气材料制成；
同时固定塞7由两个半圆形的弧形块组成，在弧形块纵向方向的上下两端设置有两个环形的凹槽，弧形块之间通过两个卡簧9固定在一起；
在固定时，如图1和图2所示，图2中为单骨（骨骼A4）的固定示意图，首先根据具体情况，将固定线缆3穿入到皮下，直到从肢部的另一侧引出，随后将纵向外框套入2套入到人体的手臂，将固定块通过锁紧螺钉B固定到纵向外框上，将固定线缆3的两端拉紧并且通过锁紧螺钉A，将固定线缆3进行固定，随后设置第二对固定块上的固定线缆，直到将骨骼束缚在图2所示固定线缆所围成的中心框内，实现骨骼的固定。

外骨固定器主要包括若干纵向固定器和用于连接固定各个纵向固定器的连接支架，同时在支架的两端设置有用于与肢体部分固定的体外固定器，本产品主要对用于与骨骼连接的纵向固定器进行改良，取消原来的钢钉式固定；
具体如图1所示，本产品中的纵向固定器主要包括若干固定块1，所述固定块1之间设置有固定线缆3，所述固定块固定在固定外框2上，所述固定线缆3之间通过固定块在固定外框2上的定位，从而围成支撑框架；
其中固定块（如图4所示）包括一个用于将固定块1套接到固定外框2上的滑动孔1-2，在滑动孔1-2的内壁上设置有锁紧螺钉B，同时固定块上还设置有一个用于穿过固定线缆3的固定孔1-1，同样的在固定孔1-1的侧壁上设置有一个用于固定固定线缆3的锁紧螺钉A；
其中固定线缆包括具有生物相容性的脂肪族聚酯材质制成的拉紧线，在拉紧线中部设置有同样为生物相容性材料的钛合金制成的强化金属线；
首先根据具体情况，将固定线缆3穿入到皮下，直到从肢部的另一侧引出，随后将纵向外框套入2套入到人体的手臂，将固定块通过锁紧螺钉B固定到纵向外框上，将固定线缆3的两端拉紧并且通过锁紧螺钉A，将固定线缆3进行固定，随后设置第二对固定块上的固定线缆；
图3中用骨骼B5表示小腿上的胫骨，用骨骼C6模拟小腿上的腓骨，首先通过两对固定块1以及两根固定线缆，实现骨骼C5的固定，同时通过另外两对固定块1以及另外两根固定线缆，实现骨骼C6的固定，最后可以通过一到两对固定块1和固定线缆实现两个骨骼之间的相对定位。
实施例3
同时本发明可以将固定线缆在不同的纵向固定器的固定块之间进行交叉连接，例如进行固定的有3个纵向固定器，包括纵向固定器A、纵向固定器B、纵向固定器C，每个纵向固定器包括4个固定块，其中纵向固定器A的四个固定块分别标注为固定块AI、固定块AII、固定块AIII、固定块AIV，在交叉排布时，纵向固定器A上的固定块AI可以和纵向固定器B的固定块BII之间通过固定线缆连接，同时纵向固定器A上的固定块AII和纵向固定器C上的固定块CIV通过固定线缆连接，两个固定线缆与骨骼表面接触组成一个支撑框架。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示，通过上述的说明内容，相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内，进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容，必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种圈簧形骨外固定器，包括体外固定器和纵向固定器，所述纵向固定器之间通过体外固定器固定到身体表面，其特征是：所述纵向固定器包括纵向外框和若干设置在外框内的骨面固定组件；
所述纵向外框为圈簧状，所述骨面固定组件包括若干个固定在纵向外框上的固定块，所述固定块之间设置有固定线缆，所述外框之间设置有至少由两个固定线缆组成的支撑框架，所述支撑框架与骨面接触、实现骨骼的支撑；
所述体外固定器包括两个设置在纵向外框轴向两侧的固定塞，所述固定塞的外壁上设置有与所述纵向外框的内环对应的螺纹凹槽，所述固定塞中部设置有一个圆柱形通孔，所述圆柱形通孔内设置有圆管状的支撑套，所述固定塞由至少两个弧形块组成；
所述固定塞的上下两端设置有环形凹槽，所述弧形块之间通过设置在环形凹槽内的卡簧固定连接；
所述固定块包括一个用于固定固定线缆的固定孔，所述固定孔的侧壁上设置有锁紧螺钉A；
所述固定块包括一个用于与外框套接的滑动孔，所述滑动孔的侧壁上设置有锁紧螺钉B。
2.如权利要求1所述的圈簧形骨外固定器的工作方法，其特征在于包括： 在固定时，首先根据具体情况，将固定线缆穿入到皮下，直到从肢部的另一侧引出，随后将纵向外框套入套入到人体的手臂，将固定块通过锁紧螺钉B固定到纵向外框上，将固定线缆的两端拉紧并且通过锁紧螺钉A，将固定线缆进行固定，随后设置第二对固定块上的固定线缆，直到将骨骼束缚固定线缆所围成的中心框内，实现骨骼的固定。
