Claims (4)
- 液状の着色材を電線の外表面に付着させて、該外表面に帯状の意匠パターンを形成する電線着色装置であって、
前記電線の外表面に向かって前記着色材を噴出する着色手段と、
前記意匠パターンに対応した前記外表面の複数の着色領域の各々の全周に亘って前記着色材が付着され且つ前記電線の長手方向と交差するように、前記着色手段の着色材を噴出する先端部分を往復可能かつ円弧状に移動させる往復移動手段と、
前記着色手段及び前記往復運動手段又は前記電線の何れかを前記電線の長手方向に移動させる移動手段と、
前記着色手段が前記着色領域に前記着色材を付着する位置に前記移動手段によって移動したときに、前記着色手段による着色材の噴出及び前記着色手段の往復移動を制御する着色制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする電線着色装置。 - 前記往復移動手段が、前記電線に対する垂線上に設定された任意の点を中心とする円周上となるように前記着色手段の先端部分を移動させるエアシリンダを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線着色装置。
- 前記着色手段が前記電線に対して噴出した着色材の飛散を防止する飛散防止部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電線着色装置。
- 前記着色制御手段が、前記往復移動手段による前記着色手段の往復移動中にのみ着色材を噴出するように制御する手段であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の電線着色装置。
