M2、M3、M4、M5を互いに電気的に並列に接続してなる。特に、接続部材100は、外部回路の結合ポイント110に接続された第一の結合回路A0と、第一の結合回路A0と各電池モジュールM1、M2、M3、M4、M5との間に順次接続された第二の結合回路A1、A2、A3、A4、A5を包含してなる。

Claims (11)
- 外部回路に二以上のデバイスを接続するための接続部材であって、
前記接続部材が、第一の結合回路と、第二の結合回路を包含してなり、
第一の結合回路が、外部回路の結合ポイントに接続されてなり、
第二の結合回路が、第一の結合回路に連続的に接続されてなり、
第二の結合回路が、外部回路の結合ポイントとデバイスの結合ポイント間における結合距離の増加に伴い、第二の結合回路の断面積が増加し、及び/又は、第二の結合回路の長さが減少する、という構造において構築されてなり、それによって、
外部回路の結合ポイントとデバイスの結合ポイント間における内部抵抗を等しいものとする、接続部材。 - 第二の結合回路の断面積が、第二の結合回路の幅及び/又は厚さによって増加されてなる、請求項1に記載の接続部材。
- 第一の結合回路が、均一な幅及び厚さを有してなる、請求項1に記載の接続部材。
- 第一の結合回路と第2の結合回路が、互いに独立した銅版、ワイヤ、バスバー(母線)、フレキシブルバスバー(母線)、又は基板に印刷された回路である、請求項1に記載の接続部材。
- 第1の結合回路と第二の結合回路が、単独の基板に印刷されてなる、請求項4に記載の接続部材。
- 第一の結合回路と第二の結合回路が金属板である、請求項4に記載の接続部材。
- 第一の結合回路と第2の結合回路が、単独の金属板を切断することにより同時に製造されてなる、請求項6に記載の接続部材。
- 第二の結合回路を構成する金属板が、第一の結合回路を構成する金属板の厚さと同じ厚さを有してなり、
外部回路の結合ポイントとデバイスの結合ポイント間における結合距離の増加に伴い、第二の結合回路の幅が増加されてなり、及び/又は、第二の結合回路の長さが減少されてなる、
請求項7に記載の接続部材。 - 各デバイスが、充放電可能な電池セル、又は、複数の電池セルを包含してなる電池モジュールである、請求項1に記載の接続部材。
- 前記電池パックの電気的接続が、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の接続部材を使用することにより実現されてなる構造において構築されてなる、中型又は大型電池パック。
- 中型又は大型電池パックが、高電流が流れる電気車両の充放電源として使用される、請求項10に記載の中型又は大型電池パック。
