Claims (11)
- 둘 또는 그 이상의 디바이스들을 하나의 외부회로에 연결하기 위한 접속부재로서,외부회로 접속점과 연결되는 제 1 접속회로; 및 일단부에서 상기 제 1 접속회로에 접속하는 제 1 접속회로 연결부위와, 타단부에서 디바이스와 전기적으로 연결되는 디바이스 접속점을 각각 구비한 제 2 접속회로들;로 구성되어 있으며,상기 제 2 접속회로들은 제 1 접속회로에 순차적으로 연결되어 있고,상기 제 2 접속회로들 각각에서 디바이스 접속점은 제 1 접속회로 연결부위에 대해 대향측 단부에 위치하며,상기 제 2 접속회로들은 상기 외부회로 접속점을 기준으로 디바이스 접속점의 거리 증가에 따라, 단면적이 증가하거나 및/또는 제 1 접속회로로부터의 길이가 감소하는 것으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 디바이스들은 충방전이 가능한 전지셀, 또는 상기 전지셀들을 다수 개 포함하고 있는 전지모듈인 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단면적의 증가는 제 2 접속회로의 폭 및 두께 중에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 접속회로는 동일한 폭과 두께를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 접속회로 및 제 2 접속회로는 각각 독립적으로 금속 플레이트, 와이어, 버스 바, 플렉서블 버스 바, 또는 기판에 인쇄된 회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 접속회로 및 제 2 접속회로는 각각 기판에 인쇄된 회로로서 하나의 기판 상에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 접속회로 및 제 2 접속회로는 각각 금속 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 접속회로 및 제 2 접속회로는 하나의 금속판을 재단하여 동시에 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 접속회로의 금속 플레이트는 제 1 접속회로의 금속 플레이트와 동일한 두께를 가지며, 외부회로 접속점을 기준으로 디바이스 접속점의 거리 증가에 따라 폭이 증가하거나 및/또는 길이가 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속부재.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 접속부재를 사용하여 전기적 연결을 이룬 중대형 전지팩.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 전지팩은 고전류가 흐르는 전기자동차의 충방전 전원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지팩.
