Description
また、従来の重力補償方法と全く異なり、モーターのサイズ変更や、減速ギアなどを用いることなく重力補償を行うことにより、ロボットなどの装置に取り付けても返って全体の設備を小型軽量化し、モーターの出力の無駄使いを低減するモーターの重力補償器を提供することを目的とする。
前記弾性板33は前記回転板20と固定板10を密着接触されるときに前記スロット32に挿入される板状の突出構造物であって、前記スロット32当たりに1枚の弾性板33が挿入されるように前記スロットの数と同数に形成されることが好ましい。

Claims (5)
- 中心にモーターの回転軸が通過する円板であって、モーターの回転運動とは独立して支持台に固定される固定板と、
前記固定板に対接して密着する円板であって、中心が前記モーターの回転軸に結合されて回転される回転板と、
前記固定板または回転板の対向面の中の一方の対向面に円周に沿って少なくとも1以上形成されたスロットと、前記固定板または回転板の対向面のスロットのない他方の対向面に形成され、前記スロットに挿入される少なくとも1以上の弾性板と、前記スロットに挿入される前記弾性板と接して円周方向で弾力性を発生させる少なくとも1以上のばねと、を備える弾性手段と、
により構成されて前記回転板に結合される負荷の回転角に応じて重力トルクによる重力負荷が発生されると、これが前記弾性手段において発生される円周方向の弾性力により補償されることを特徴とするモーターの重力補償器。 - 前記弾性手段は、
一つのスロット当たりに一つのばねが前記スロット端部の内壁と弾性板との間において一方は固定端として形成され、他方は自由端として形成されるように挿入されて
単方向回転による重力トルクを補償することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーターの重力補償器。 - 前記ばねは、
前記スロット端部の内壁と弾性板との両側に固定端が形成されて、両方向回転に対する重力トルクを補償することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーターの重力補償器。 - 前記弾性手段は、
一つのスロット当たりに前記弾性板の両側に二つのばねが前記スロットと弾性板との間において一方は固定端として形成され、他方は自由端として形成されるように挿入されて、両方向回転による重力トルクを補償することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーターの重力補償器。 - 前記弾性手段は、
前記向かい合う固定板または回転板の一方の面に形成されるスロットが互いに直径の異なる2以上の同心円の上にそれぞれ円弧状に少なくとも1以上ずつ形成され、他方の面には前記スロットにそれぞれ嵌め込まれる弾性板が形成される同心円弧状の並列型弾性手段であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーターの重力補償器。
