Claims (18)
- 温度センサ(11、111、211、311)及び支持体(22、122、222、322)を有し、支持体の上面に加熱導体(26)が位置していて、温度センサは、支持体に固定又は保持されている加熱装置であって、
温度センサ(11、111、211)は、隆起部分(23、123、223)以外はほぼ平面的な支持体(22、122、222)の隆起部分(23、123、223)内を通り、温度センサの大部分は、支持体内に埋め込まれていて、支持体材料によってほぼ覆われている加熱装置。 - 温度センサ(11、111、211、311)が細長い、請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 温度センサ(11、111、211、311)は、電気的挙動によって温度を決定するように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱装置。
- 温度センサ(11、111、211)は、支持体材料とほぼ完全に接触した状態にあるか、直接的にその内部に埋め込まれる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 支持体(122)は、温度センサ(111)及び加熱導体(126)用の電気リード線(127)が入れられるチャネル(124)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 温度センサ(11、111、211)は、加熱導体(26、126、226)が位置する側の方が、支持体(22、122、222)の平面的な表面の上方に一部だけ突出ている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 温度センサ(11、111、211)は、加熱導体(26、126、226)が位置する側の方が、支持体(22、122、222)の平面的な表面の上方に最大で三分の一突出している、請求項6に記載の加熱装置。
- 温度センサ(11、111、211)は、側方の隆起部分(23、123、223)によって、加熱導体(26、126、226)による直接的放射から保護される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 支持体(22、122、322)上の温度センサ(11、111、311)の配置は、支持体の平面上の加熱導体(26、126、326)が、温度センサの横に並べて配置されるだけで、それより高くも低くもない配置である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 温度センサ(11、111、211、311)は、細長い感応素子(15)を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 感応素子(15)は、電気絶縁材料製の封体部(13、14)内に入れられている、請求項10に記載の加熱装置。
- 温度センサ(11、111、211、311)をガラス(13、14)内の感応素子(15)に接続するワイヤのシールが、加熱装置(20、120、220、320)の外側、又は支持体(22、122、222、322)の外側に位置している、請求項11に記載の加熱装置。
- 感応素子(15)は、金属及びセラミック間の結合体を有し、金属及び/又はセラミックは、PTC特性を有する、請求項11又は12に記載の加熱装置。
- 感応素子(15)は、厚膜又は薄膜の製造プロセスによって形成される、請求項11又は12に記載の加熱装置。
- 電気接続部(16)を備える一端部(17)で、温度センサ(11、111、211、311)は、加熱装置(20、120、220、32)、又は支持体(22、122、222、322)の側縁部の上方に突出する、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置(20)を備えるホブであって、ホブ(30)は、ホブ板(31)及びその下方の加熱装置を有し、ホブ板の下側と加熱装置(20)との間の間隔が狭いことを特徴とするホブ。
- 加熱装置(20)は、加熱導体(26)を有する、請求項16に記載のホブ。
- 加熱導体(26)が、自由に放射し、且つ露出するか、上向きに開放した加熱ワイヤを有し、ホブ板(31)の下側と加熱装置との間の間隔が2cm未満である、請求項17に記載のホブ。
