Claims (8)
- 内壁を有する透明チューブと、電子放出層を有するエミッタ及び陰極電極を備える陰極と、前記透明チューブの内壁に塗布された透明導電膜と、該透明導電膜の表面に形成された蛍光層と、陽極電極と、を含む陽極と、を含む電界放出型ランプにおいて、
少なくとも一本の導電線が設置されていて、
前記導電線は前記透明チューブの中心軸に平行に、前記透明チューブ及び前記透明導電膜の間に設置されていることを特徴とする電界放出型ランプ。 - 前記導電線の幅は10〜1000μmにされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電界放出型ランプ。
- 前記透明チューブの中には、コロイド黒鉛が設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電界放出型ランプ。
- 透明導電膜と、蛍光層と、少なくとも一本の導電線を備える透明チューブを準備する第一ステップと、
陽極電極と、陰極電極と、エミッタと、を前記透明チューブに設置する第二ステップと、
を含み、
前記第一ステップは、
前記透明チューブの内壁に導電ペーストを塗布して前記導電線を形成する第1ステップと、
前記透明チューブを窒素の雰囲気においてアニール処理する第2ステップと、
前記導電線の表面に前記透明導電膜を形成させる第3ステップと、
前記透明導電膜の表面に蛍光層を形成する第4ステップと、
前記透明チューブを加熱した後、室温まで下げる第5ステップとを含むことことを特徴とする電界放出型ランプの製造方法。 - 前記第一ステップの第3ステップには、
前記導電線の表面にカーボンを含むペーストを塗布して、乾燥・焼成の加工を行って前記透明導電膜を形成させることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電界放出型ランプの製造方法。 - 前記第一ステップは、前記導電線の端部に近接して、前記導電線の表面にコロイド黒鉛を設置するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電界放出型ランプの製造方法。
- 前記導電ペーストは、複数のガラス粒子及び導電粒子が有機基質に混合して形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電界放出型ランプの製造方法。
- 前記第3ステップは、
有機基質を準備するaステップと、
複数のカーボンナノチューブを含む溶液を準備するbステップと、
前記複数のカーボンナノチューブを含む溶液を前記有機基質に混合させて、超音波処理によって均一に分散させるcステップと、
前記複数のカーボンナノチューブを含む溶液及び前記有機基質に対して水浴処理を行い、ジクロロエタン溶液を蒸発させるdステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電界放出型ランプの製造方法。
