Cathode: 1/2O2 + 2H+ + 2e → H2O
図2(a)に示すように、燃料電池車両が走行中、不凍液の流動するセパレータ20(図1参照)に設置されたガスケット30の冷却水マニホールド30bから外部に不凍液が漏出(矢印方向)すれば、冷却水マニホールド30bに隣接する水素マニホールド30aと空気マニホールド30cには不凍液が流入せず、ガスケット30の下側に不凍液が流入する。

Claims (4)
- 高分子電解質膜と電極からなる膜電極接合体、及び、
空気、水素及び不凍液が流出入できるマニホールドが前記膜電極接合体の1側及び他側に配置されているセパレータと膜電極接合体との間に設置されるガスケットを備え、前記ガスケットはセパレータの不凍液マニホールドから漏れる不凍液による前記膜電極接合体の汚染を防止できるようにガスケットの下面に沿って汚染防止溝が形成されていることを特徴とする燃料電池車両のスタック汚染を防止するガスケット構造。 - 前記汚染防止溝はガスケットの下面に沿って連通するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両のスタック汚染を防止するガスケット構造。
- 前記汚染防止溝は同一深さに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両のスタック汚染を防止するガスケット構造。
- 前記汚染防止溝の断面は四角形、半円形、または、三角形のうちの何れか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両のスタック汚染を防止するガスケット構造。
