Description
本発明において、加圧ガスを貯蔵するための密閉構造の容器を示す用語「ボンベ」及び「リザーバ」は、等価物として使用される。
しかしながら、リザーバを液体燃料であるガソリン又は燃料オイルで充填することは容易且つ迅速な作業であるのに対し、リザーバをガスで充填することは遥かに慎重な扱いを要する作業である。ガスの圧縮率のせいで、その充填は、相当な温度上昇へと導き得て、移送される材料の量を「計測」する問題を生じさせる。
「公称圧力」又は「使用圧力」は、ボンベが満たされているときに、一定の温度、例えば15℃(288K)でガス供給物が到達し得る最大圧力である。
本発明によると、それゆえ、リザーバ温度をリアルタイムで測定することが必要である。
・充填速度が、その公称充填容量に見合い且つ充填時間に拘らないボンベの最小充填率を得るのに貢献するか、−この最小充填率は、システムの固有データであって、顧客の要求に準拠した値に相当しており、水素車両充填の分野においては、例えば、顧客は、典型的には例えば90%の最小充填率を要望するかも知れない−
・又は、充填速度は、所定の最大時間内に及び充填の最後における充填率に拘らずに充填を完了するのに貢献しなければならない−この最大充填時間は、システムの固有データであって、顧客の要求に準拠した値に相当しており、水素車両充填の分野においては、例えば、顧客は、典型的には例えば3分の最大充填時間を要望するかもしれない−
という2つの基準によって決定され得る。
例1及び2:最終圧力の概算による安全な充填
以下の例1及び2において、使用されたボンベは、Dynetek 150Lボンベである。

である。
オペレータは、最大使用温度が85℃(358K)であるDynetek 150Lボンベを水素で充填することを望む。

次に、オペレータは、同一のボンベを、0℃で利用可能なガスで充填することを望む。充填条件は、周囲温度=30℃であり、ボンベ注入圧力=15×10 5 Paである。オペレータは、ボンベを2×10 5 Pa毎秒の速度で充填することを望む。

- 加圧ガスボンベを充填する方法であって、
充填速度は、予め定められ、
前記ボンベ内の最大充填圧力は、周囲温度及び前記ボンベ内の初期圧力、並びに前記予め定められた充填速度の関数として計算され、この最大充填圧力は以下の2つの中断条件、公称充填容量およびボンベ設計温度のより厳しい方であり、
前記充填は、測定される前記ボンベ内の注入圧力のみを用いて制御され、
前記充填は、前記ボンベ内の前記注入圧力が前記最大充填圧力に達したときに中断されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記周囲温度及び前記ボンベ内の前記初期温度は、充填の前に測定されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法であって、前記充填速度は、所望の充填率に応じて及び/又は所望の充填時間に応じて選定されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、前記充填速度は、前記ボンベ内の前記注入圧力の時間の関数としての導関数として表現され、0.05×10 5 Pa/秒乃至20×10 5 Pa/秒であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、前記充填速度は、前記ボンベ内の前記注入圧力の時間の関数としての導関数として表現され、0.10×10 5 乃至15×10 5 Pa/秒であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、前記充填速度は、前記ボンベ内の前記注入圧力の時間の関数としての導関数として表現され、0.5×10 5 Pa/秒乃至12×10 5 Pa/秒であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、前記ボンベの充填は、前記初期圧力、前記周囲温度及び前記最大充填圧力の関数として計算される温度で実行されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記充填の温度は、前記充填速度の関数として計算されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法であって、前記充填最大圧力は、前記初期圧力、前記周囲温度、前記ボンベの入口におけるガスの温度、及び前記充填速度の関数として計算されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7乃至9の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、計算される前記充填の温度は、前記周囲温度未満であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、前記ボンベは、長さLと直径Dとの比L/Dが6未満の略円筒形であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、前記ボンベは、長さLと直径Dとの比L/Dが1乃至5の略円筒形であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、前記ボンベは、長さLと直径Dとの比L/Dが1乃至4の略円筒形であることを特徴とする方法。
