Claims (3)
- 複数の発光素子を線上に並べて配置した光源モジュールにおいて、
線状に配置した前記発光素子の両側に並んで設けられた第1のリフレクタと、前記発光素子の間に設けられた第2のリフレクタと、前記第1のリフレクタの間に設けられ前記発光素子と前記第2のリフレクタとを覆う樹脂部と、この樹脂部の表面に配置し前記発光素子の上方に設けられた光拡散シートと、を有し、
前記第2のリフレクタの高さは、前記第1のリフレクタよりも高さが低く、前記発光素子よりも高さが高く、
前記光拡散シートは、前記樹脂部と対向しない面に複数の窪みとこの窪みよりも深さが深い複数の凹部を設け、かつ前記樹脂部収縮変形時に柔軟に追従する材料で形成され、 前記凹部は前記発光素子の配列方向と垂直な方向に延在していることを特徴とする光源モジュール。 - 複数の発光素子を線上に並べて配置した光源モジュールにおいて、
線状に配置した前記発光素子の両側に並んで設けられた第1のリフレクタと、前記発光素子の間に設けられた第2のリフレクタと、前記第1のリフレクタの間に設けられ前記発光素子と前記第2のリフレクタとを覆う樹脂部と、この樹脂部の表面に配置し前記発光素子の上方に設けられた光拡散シートと、を有し、
前記第2のリフレクタの高さは、前記第1のリフレクタよりも高さが低く、前記発光素子よりも高さが高く、
前記光拡散シートは、前記樹脂部と対向しない面に複数の窪みとこの窪みよりも深さが深い複数の凹部を設け、
前記凹部は前記発光素子の配列方向と垂直な方向に延在し、
前記光拡散シートは前記第1のリフレクタの間に位置し、前記光拡散シートの前記発光素子の配列方向と垂直な方向の長さが、前記第1のリフレクタの間隙よりも小さく、前記発光素子の平面寸法よりも大きいことを特徴とする光源モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の光源モジュールにおいて、
前記第2のリフレクタの下端部の長さは、LEDの平面寸法より長く第1リフレクタの間隙よりも短いことを特徴とする光源モジュール。
