Description
Claims (14)
- スイッチング電源のためのスイッチング調整回路であって、前記スイッチ電流が電流制限を越えるとき検出する前記比較器に応答して、かつ前記スイッチのオン時間が立上りブランキング期間と電流制限遅延時間との和に等しいときに前記スイッチのオフ時間を延長する発振器を備え、
前記スイッチング電源のエネルギー伝達要素に結合されるスイッチと、
前記スイッチによって受け取られるように結合されて前記スイッチを通るスイッチ電流を制御する駆動信号を生成するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、
立上りブランキング時間外で、前記スイッチ電流が電流制限を超えるときを検出するように結合される電流制限比較器と、
発振器と、
前記電流制限比較器および前記発振器に結合される周波数調整器とを含み、
前記周波数調整器は、前記スイッチのそれぞれが前記立上りブランキング時間と電流制限遅延時間の合計に実質的に等しい1または複数の連続するオン時間内で、前記スイッチ電流が前記電流制限を超えることを検出する前記電流制限比較器に応答して、前記スイッチのオフ時間を延長するように前記発振器の発振周波数を調整し、
前記周波数調整器は、前記電源の出力からのフィードバック信号とは独立に前記スイッチの前記オフ時間を延長する、スイッチング調整回路。 - 前記コントローラが集積回路内部に含まれる、請求項1に記載のスイッチング調整回路。
- 前記スイッチが前記集積回路内部に含まれる、請求項2に記載のスイッチング調整回路。
- 前記コントローラが、前記スイッチによって受取られるように結合されて前記スイッチのスイッチングを制御して前記フィードバック信号に応答する前記電源の前記出力を調整する前記駆動信号を生成するように結合される、請求項1に記載のスイッチング調整回路。
- 前記コントローラ内部に含まれ、前記電流制限比較器に結合される立上りブランキング回路をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のスイッチング調整回路。
- スイッチング電源を調整するための方法であって、
前記スイッチング電源の出力から受け取るフィードバックに応答する駆動信号に応答して、前記スイッチング電源の入力側でエネルギー伝達要素に結合されたスイッチをスイッチングするステップと、
前記スイッチのオン時間を測定するステップと、
前記スイッチの前記オン時間は短いオン時間か否かを判断するステップと、
前記スイッチの、しきい値数の連続する短いオン時間の出現を検出するステップとを備え、前記しきい値数は、1または複数であり、前記スイッチの、しきい値数の連続する短いオン時間の出現を検出するステップは、前記1つまたは複数の連続する短いオン時間の各出現に対して短いオン時間カウンタを増分するステップを含み、
前記スイッチの、前記しきい値数の連続する短いオン時間の前記出現に応答して、前記スイッチによって受け取られるように結合される駆動信号の次のパルスを遅延させるステップをさらに備える、スイッチング電源を調整するための方法。 - 前記スイッチの、前記しきい値数の連続する短いオン時間の前記出現に応答して、前記駆動信号の前記次のパルスを遅延させるステップは、前記駆動信号が生成される元になる発振信号の周波数を調整するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の前記電源を調整するための方法。
- 前記スイッチの、前記しきい値数の連続する短いオン時間の前記出現に応答して、前記駆動信号の前記次のパルスを遅延させるステップは、前記駆動信号内の次のパルスをスキップするステップを含む、請求項6に記載の前記電源を調整するための方法。
- 前記スイッチの、前記しきい値数の連続する短いオン時間の前記出現を検出するステップは、立上りブランキング時間と電流制限遅延時間の合計にほぼ等しいオン時間を有する、前記駆動信号内のパルスを検出するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の前記電源を調整するための方法。
- スイッチング電源であって、
前記スイッチング電源の入力と出力の間に結合されたエネルギー伝達要素と、
前記電源の前記入力から電源の前記出力へのエネルギーの伝達を調整するように前記エネルギー伝達要素の入力に結合されたスイッチと、
前記スイッチによって受け取られて、前記スイッチを通るスイッチ電流を制御する駆動信号を生成するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、
発振器と、
前記スイッチ電流が電流制限を超えるときを検出するように結合される電流制限比較器と、
前記電流制限比較器および前記発振器とに結合される周波数調整器とを含み、
前記周波数調整器は、前記電流制限比較器が、それぞれが前記立上りブランキング時間と電流制限遅延時間との和に等しい前記スイッチの1または複数の連続するオン時間内で、前記スイッチ電流が前記電流制限を越えたことを検出したことに応答して前記スイッチのオフ時間を延長するように前記発振器の発振周波数を調整し、
前記発振器は、前記電源の出力からのフィードバック信号とは独立して前記スイッチの前記オフ時間を延長する、スイッチング電源。 - 前記スイッチング電源の前記出力と、前記コントローラとの間に結合されて、前記スイッチング電源の前記出力から前記コントローラに前記フィードバック信号を供給するフィードバック回路をさらに備える、請求項10に記載のスイッチング電源。
- 前記コントローラを含む集積回路をさらに備える、請求項10に記載のスイッチング電源。
- 前記集積回路は、前記スイッチをさらに含む、請求項12に記載のスイッチング電源。
- 前記コントローラ内に含まれて前記電流制限比較器に結合される立上りブランキング回路をさらに備える、請求項10記載の電源。
