Claims (20)
- 工具ホルダー(1)を工作機械に接続するためのシャフト(2)、回転に抗して工具を固定するための受容部(7)を有するチャック(4)、および継手シャフト(2)とチャック(4)との間に配置された中間部(3)を備えた工具ホルダー本体(2,3,4,6)と、
チャック(4)の軸方向引張部に軸方向の引張力を与える構成要素を有し、少なくとも工具ホルダー(1)の操作時に引張力を発揮してチャック(4)に軸方向の引張力を与える引張部材(5)とを備える工具ホルダー(1)において、
前記引張部材(5)は、工具ホルダーの長手方向軸(A)に対し少なくとも一方側(9)で、工具ホルダー本体(2,3,4,6)の1以上の合わせ表面部に対して外径方向の引張力を与える1以上の支持表面部を有し、該支持表面部は、前記合わせ表面部と摺動可能に接触することを特徴とする工具ホルダー(1)。 - 前記引張部材(5)は工具ホルダーの長手方向軸(A)の両側(9,10)で径方向の引張力を受けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具ホルダー(1)。
- 前記引張部材(5)は工具ホルダー本体(2,3,4,6)に対し内径方向の引張力を受けることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の工具ホルダー(1)。
- 引張部材(5)を破壊することなく取り除くことができるよう工具ホルダー(1)は前記中間部(3)と前記チャック(4)が互いに取り外し可能に接続された組立体を構成することを特徴とする 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の工具ホルダー(1)。
- 前記チャック(4)は、前記中間部(3)および前記継手シャフト(2)から取り外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の工具ホルダー(1)。
- 前記チャック(4)は、チャック頭部(6)から取り外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の工具ホルダー(1)。
- 前記支持表面部は円錐形状の環状表面の形状を有し、前記引張部材(5)は少なくとも一部において軸方向に工具ホルダー本体(6)に係合することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の工具ホルダー(1)。
- 前記支持表面部が半円形の環状溝(63,73)を有し、前記合わせ表面部が半円形の環状突起(74)に形成され、または工具ホルダー本体(62)に個々に配列されたボール(65)が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の工具ホルダー(60,70)。
- 前記合わせ表面部は中心合わせリング(65,83,103)を備え、該中心合わせリング自身は工具ホルダー本体(62,82,102)に受容されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の工具ホルダー(60,80,100)。
- 前記中心合わせリング(65)は円形断面を有し、前記支持表面部は半円形の環状溝(63)の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の工具ホルダー(60)。
- 前記中心合わせリング(83)は、ダイヤモンド形状の断面を有し、引張部材(81)は2つの円錐形状に向かい合った環状の支持表面(84,85)を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の工具ホルダー(80)。
- 引張部材(5)と工具ホルダー本体(3,6)との間に少なくとも1つの平坦な座面(11,13)があり、該座面は、引張部材(5)および工具ホルダー本体(3,6)が隣接する平坦な表面によって、工具ホルダーの長手方向軸(A)に対し直角であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の工具ホルダー(1)。
- 前記引張部材が前記工具ホルダー本体に対し軸方向または径方向に力を受ける領域を除き、少なくとも引張部材(33)および工具ホルダー本体(31)の2つの向かい合う表面(34,35)の間に環状隙間(15,36)が存在することを特徴とする
請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の工具ホルダー(30)。 - 引張部材(5,33)と工具ホルダー本体(チャック(4),31)との間に、軸方向および/または径方向の振動を減衰するための減衰要素(16,32)を1つまたは複数配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の工具ホルダー(1,30)。
- 前記環状隙間(15,36)に前記1つまたは複数の減衰要素(16,32)が配置され、該環状隙間が圧力媒体で完全に満たされることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の工具ホルダー(1,30)。
- 前記圧力媒体は圧力を受けていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の工具ホルダー(1,30)。
- 前記圧力媒体は減衰流体または減衰プラスチックであることを特徴とする請求項15または16に記載の工具ホルダー(1,30)。
- 減衰要素(5,32)の減衰特性を調節する手段がさらに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項14〜17のいずれかに記載の工具ホルダー(1,30)。
- 前記手段はシムであることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の工具ホルダー(1,30)。
- 管製造用工具、旋削工具、フライス工具、拡孔工具および研削工具のための工具ホルダーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれかに記載の工具ホルダー(1)。
