Description
Claims (9)
- 電子機器に取り付けられることにより該電子機器に電力を供給する電子機器用の二次電池において、
正極、負極及び電解質とを包装体に収納するとともに、上記正極及び負極からそれぞれ正極端子及び負極端子が上記包装体の同一側面より導出されたバッテリーセルと、
上記バッテリーセルが挿入される一の開口部が形成され、上記正極端子及び負極端子が導出された一側面を上記開口部側に向けて上記バッテリーセルを収納する金属製のバッテリー缶と、
上記正極端子及び負極端子が接続されるとともに外方に臨まされることにより上記電子機器の電極と接続される端子部が設けられ、上記バッテリー缶の開口部を閉塞する合成樹脂からなる蓋体とを備え、
上記バッテリー缶及び上記蓋体は、扁平状に形成されるとともに短辺側の稜が円弧状に形成された断面台形状に形成され、
上記端子部は、上記蓋体の中心線より上記台形の短辺側に偏倚して設けられている二次電池。 - 上記バッテリーセルは、扁平状に形成されるとともに短辺側の稜が円弧状に形成された断面台形状に形成され、
上記バッテリーセルは長辺及び短辺を、上記バッテリー缶の長辺及び短辺に対応させて挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。 - 上記バッテリーセルは上記バッテリー缶の内周面との間にクリアランスが設けられて収納されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二次電池。
- 上記バッテリーセルは、上記バッテリー缶の上記開口部と反対側の底面部に対峙する側面に貼着された弾性部材を介して、該側面が上記底面部に接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二次電池。
- 上記弾性部材には上記包装体の切断面と上記バッテリー缶の内壁との間に配設される絶縁フィルムが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の二次電池。
- 上記バッテリーセルは、上記バッテリー缶の一主面に供給された接着剤によって、一平面部が該バッテリー缶の一主面と接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二次電池。
- 上記バッテリーセルは、上記包装体の糊代部が側面に沿って折り返されて上記バッテリー缶に収納されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 上記蓋体の上面及び下面に、上記バッテリー缶の開口部の周囲に形成された係合孔に係合される係合凸部が断続的に複数形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 上記係合凸部が上記係合孔より上記バッテリー缶の上面側に突出しないように上記係合孔に係合されることにより、平坦な外観が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の二次電池。
