Claims (4)
- 第1基板と第2基板の各主面の対向間隙に液晶層を封入した液晶表示パネルを備える液晶表示装置であって、
前記第1基板の主面には、複数の走査配線と、この走査配線とは絶縁層を介して交差する複数のデータ配線が形成されており、
前記走査配線の一端に、その中央部分に開口部を有し、該開口部に絶縁層が配置された幅広部が形成されており、
前記開口部を含む前記幅広部の上層を覆うと共に当該幅広部と電気的に接続された透明導電膜を有し、
前記絶縁層が配置された前記開口部の上層に配置された前記透明導電膜の位置を検査プローブ接触部としたことを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記開口部に配置された絶縁層が、前記走査配線と前記データ配線を絶縁する絶縁層と同一であることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記複数の走査配線の他端に走査配線駆動回路チップが接続されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 請求項3において、
前記複数の走査配線と前記データ配線の各交差部分に薄膜トランジスタを有することを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
