Claims (17)
- 表面までの距離の測定に使用可能な信号を与えるように動作可能なクロマティック共焦点センサであって、
ハウジングと、
光源からの放射を出力し、反射された放射を受光するアパーチャと、
該アパーチャからの光源放射を受光し、該光源放射を集束して、軸方向色分散を伴いつつ前記表面に向けて出力し、前記表面から反射された放射を受光し、該反射された放射を、軸方向色分散を伴いつつ前記アパーチャの近くに集束するための、クロマティック共焦点センサの光軸に沿って配列されたレンズ構造であって、
前記アパーチャに近い方に位置する第1の部分と、アパーチャから遠い方に位置する第2の部分を有する複レンズ要素、及び、
該復レンズ要素よりも前記アパーチャから離れて位置する、少なくとも1つのレンズ要素を含む正パワーレンズ部分を有するレンズ構造とを有し、
前記複レンズの第1の部分が第2の部分より低いアッベ数を有し、前記複レンズの第2の部分が第1の部分より高いアッベ数を有し、前記複レンズが、a)負の光パワーと、b)レンズ構造の総光パワーの40%より小さい、正の光パワーと、の一つである光パワーを与えるようにされているクロマティック共焦点センサ。 - 前記複レンズが、前記レンズ構造の総光パワーの50%よりも小さな大きさを持つ負の光パワーを与える請求項1に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記複レンズが、前記レンズ構造の総光パワーの25%よりも小さな大きさを持つ負の光パワーを与える請求項2に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記複レンズが、前記レンズ構造の総光パワーの15%よりも小さな大きさを持つ負の光パワーを与える請求項3に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記複レンズが、前記レンズ構造の総光パワーの25%よりも小さな大きさを持つ正の光パワーを与える請求項1に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記複レンズが、前記レンズ構造の総光パワーの15%よりも小さな大きさを持つ正の光パワーを与える請求項5に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記複レンズが、前記レンズ構造の総光パワーの25%よりも小さな大きさを持つ負の光パワーを与え、前記正パワーレンズ部分が、
前記複レンズ要素の第2の部分の近くに位置される両凸レンズ要素と、
該両凸レンズ要素の近くに位置される第1のメニスカスレンズ要素と、
該第1のメニスカスレンズ要素の近くに位置される第2のメニスカスレンズ要素とを有する請求項1に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。 - 前記第1及び第2のメニスカスレンズ要素が、それぞれ正の光パワーを与える請求項7に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記両凸レンズ要素が、正の光パワーを与える請求項8に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記両凸レンズが最小32最大38のアッベ数を有し、前記第1及び第2のメニスカスレンズが、それぞれ、最小37最大42のアッベ数を有する請求項7に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記両凸レンズが最小1.7最大1.8の屈折率を有し、前記第1及び第2のメニスカスレンズが、それぞれ、最小1.6最大1.7の屈折率を有する請求項10に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記レンズ構造の各レンズ要素が、球面レンズ要素である請求項7に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記複レンズの第1の部分のアッベ数が30より小さい請求項7に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記複レンズの第1の部分が、最小1.70最大1.90の屈折率を有する請求項13に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記複レンズの第2の部分のアッベ数が50より小さい請求項13に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記複レンズの第2の部分が、最小1.45最大1.65の屈折率を有する請求項15に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
- 前記正パワーレンズ部分に含まれる、少なくとも1つの各レンズ要素の個々のアッベ数が、前記複レンズの第1の部分のアッベ数と、前記複レンズの第2の部分のアッベ数の間にある請求項7に記載のクロマティック共焦点センサ。
