Claims (4)
- カップリング・エレメントの一端部で接合用フランジ手段を適切に示すカップリング・エレメントを、パイプに接合する方法であって、前記カップリング・エレメントは、前記パイプを取り囲み、該パイプに面する溝を有し、該パイプに設けられる複数のビード部を収容することを意図されており、
前記方法は、前記パイプの端部領域で該パイプを取り囲むように、前記カップリング・エレメントを設ける段階と、
前記パイプをその場で変形し、前記ビード部を作成し、該ビード部が、前記溝の中に突出するようにさせるように、前記取り囲むカップリング・エレメント上の前記溝の位置に対応するパイプの軸方向位置において、前記パイプの内壁に、最初で、且つ、専用の半径方向に向いた押し曲げ作用を提供する段階と、
前記最初の押し曲げ動作中に、前記作成されたビード部の間で且つ該作成されたビード部に隣接して自然に生じ、且つ、前記最初の押し曲げ動作によって引き起こされる、前記パイプの内側座屈領域において、該パイプの内壁に、2回目で、且つ、専用の半径方向に向いた後押し曲げ作用を提供する段階であって、それによって、前記カップリング・エレメントの前記位置において、前記パイプに外向き張力を生じる段階とを有し、前記2回目で、且つ、専用の半径方向に向いた後押し曲げ作用は、前記パイプに関して適切な径よりわずかに大きくパイプ端部を半径方向外側に押し曲げる段階、そして従って、前記パイプ端部と整列し、前記カップリング・エレメントの一番先の部分に配置される前記カップリング・エレメントの凹所に、前記パイプ端部に対する曲げ作用によって、該パイプ端部を押し込む段階を更に含み、前記凹所は、前記パイプの外径よりも大きい直径を有する、方法。 - 前記方法は、前記カップリング・エレメントの前記溝と前記パイプの前記ビード部の間に得られる機械的に良好なシールを設ける、請求項1に記載の方法。
- カップリング・エレメントの一端部で接合用フランジ手段を適切に示すカップリング・エレメントを、パイプに接合することが可能な、請求項1に記載の方法に使用する工具であって、前記カップリング・エレメントは、前記パイプを取り囲むように構成され、該パイプの外側に面する溝を有し、前記溝は、前記工具手段により該パイプに設けられる対応する複数のビード部を収容するように構成されており、
前記工具は、複数の軸方向に分離した半径方向に可動なセグメント(10)であって、各セグメントは、隆起部を形成した複数の円形セクタを有し、前記複数のセグメントは、それによって、前記パイプの内壁への最初の押し曲げ作用によって、該パイプ壁を変形させて、前記パイプの外側に、前記パイプ壁の円周方向ビード部(5;6)を作成し、前記ビード部(5;6)が、前記カップリング・エレメントの前記溝(3;4)のうちの対応する溝の中に拡張するようにさせることが可能な、円周方向に拡張する隆起部(11)を設け、前記セグメントは、前記隆起部に隣接し、且つ、該隆起部の間に配置された円周方向に拡張する部分(13)を有し、前記部分(13)は、2回目のその後の押し曲げ作用において、前記第1押し曲げ作用中に、前記ビード部の間で、且つ、該ビード部に隣接する前記パイプ壁において自然に生じる内側座屈エリアの後押し曲げ、第2押し曲げ作用を引き起こし、それによって、前記カップリング・エレメントの前記位置において、前記パイプ内で、外向き張力が得られる、セグメントと、
前記パイプに関して適切な径よりわずかに大きく、前記パイプ端部を外側に押し曲げて該パイプ端部を前記カップリング・エレメントの端部領域で、内側の凹所に曲げ入れるよう構成される突出部(14)を有する、前記パイプ端部に軸方向に整列して存在する前記セグメントの一部と、を有し、前記凹所は前記パイプ端部と整列される工具。 - 前記セグメントが、円錐状又は多角錐状内部空間を設け、円錐又は多角錐は、前記セグメントの内部で、且つ、前記セグメントに同軸に配置可能であり、前記円錐又は多角錐は、前記形状の幅の狭い端部に向かって引っ張られると、前記セグメントが半径方向外側に移動するようにさせる請求項3に記載の工具。
