Claims (6)
- 관 벽의 복수의 원형 비드(bead, 5, 6)가 주위의 커플링 요소의 대응하는 홈(3, 4)으로 가압되고,가압 공정의 제 1 부분 동안에 상기 비드 사이의 관 벽에서 자연스럽게 발생하는 내부로 휜 영역(buckled-in area, b)이, 가압 공정의 후반부를 향해, 외부로 가압 후에, 외부로의 장력이 관에서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 또는 다른 커플링 요소를 관에 결합하는 방법.
- 관의 원형 비드(5, 6)를 커플링 요소의 대응하는 홈(3, 4)으로 가압하는 복수의 원형 리지(11)를 갖는 축 방향으로 분리되고 반경 방향으로 이동 가능한 복수의 세그먼트(segment, 10)를 포함하고,상기 세그먼트의 상기 리지 사이에, 원통형 부분(13)이 있고, 가압 공정의 후반부를 향해, 외부로의 가압 공정의 제 1 부분 동안에 상기 비드 사이의 관 벽에서 자연스럽게 발생하는 가압 후의 내부로 휜 영역, 외부로의 장력이 관에서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 또는 다른 커플링 요소를 관에 결합하는 공구.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,관의 단부의 상부에 있는 상기 세그먼트의 상기 원통형 부분 상에, 상기 관 단부를 상기 관의 직경보다 조금 더 바깥쪽으로 가압하는 돌기(14)가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 커플링 요소를 관에 결합하는 공구.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 세그먼트는 내부 원뿔 형상을 갖고, 상기 세그먼트 중앙의 원뿔체(cone)는 뽑아내어 상기 세그먼트를 반경 방향으로 팽창시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 커플링 요소를 관에 결합하는 공구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 관이 단부를 갖는 부분의 관을 둘러싸는 요소의 최전단부에서, 상기 관의 외경보다 크고, 상기 관 단부가 바깥쪽으로 휘도록 하는 공간이 있는 오목부(a)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 또는 다른 커플링 요소를 관에 결합하는 방법을 위한 커플링 요소.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 요소(30)는, 2개의 대응하는 반쪽 플랜지가 상기 요소 주위를 고정하도 록, 외부적으로 구형 형상이고, 인접하는 플랜지로의 연결에 있어서 각을 이루어 조정이 획득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커플링 요소.
