Claims (5)
- 摩擦材料から形成される摩擦ライニング(4)と、前記摩擦材料中に埋め込まれる弾性充填材料から形成されるグリッド(1)とを有するブレーキライニングの製造方法において、
まず、前記グリッド(1)を弾性充填材料から形成し、この際、弾性充填材料のグリッド(1)を、圧縮金型(2)に合った規定の摩擦材料厚さに弾性充填材料をプレス成形してから事前の硬化をすることにより形成し、
一方のグリッド側が摩擦面で終端する状態で、摩擦ライニング圧縮金型(2)内に前記グリッド(1)を配置し、
その後、ほぼ微粉状の摩擦材料(41)を前記圧縮金型内に満すとともに、前記グリッド内の隙間および前記圧縮金型と前記グリッドとの間の隙間が摩擦材料で満たされる状態で、前記グリッド(1)と共に前記摩擦材料をプレス成形して、面一な摩擦面を形成し、もって充填材グリッドに接線方向および径方向において高い押圧力を付与する、
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記摩擦材料(41)が、前記充填材グリッド(1)を振動減衰中間層上に配置させた状態でプレス成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記充填材料が主にゴムまたは合成ゴムから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填材料が研磨材料および/または研削材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填材料が有機繊維および/または無機繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
