Description

Claims (13)
- パイルの成型方法であって、
複数のパイルストランドを枠内に位置決めすることと、
少なくとも1つのセンサがパイルコア領域内に配置されるように、前記少なくとも1つのセンサを有する垂下組み立て品を、前記パイルストランドのうち少なくとも1つに接続することと、
注入物ダイバータを前記垂下組み立て品の上に位置決めすることと、
前記枠内にコンクリートを注入することと、
前記注入物ダイバータを除去することと、
を備える方法。 - コンクリートが少なくとも1つのセンサをカバーするまで垂下組み立て品の両側上で枠を充填できるようにするために、前記注入物ダイバータが、前記注入物ダイバータの上を流れる前記コンクリートの流れを分岐させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記注入物ダイバータを除去した後に、前記枠をコンクリートで完全に充填することをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- アンテナ組み立て品を前記1つ以上のセンサに接続することと、
前記アンテナ組み立て品を前記注入物ダイバータに接続するか、または前記アンテナ組み立て品を前記注入物ダイバータでカバーすることと、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記コンクリートを注入し、前記ダイバータを除去した後に、前記アンテナ組み立て品を、前記パイルの露出した側面と概して水平となるように前記枠内に位置決めすることをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記注入物ダイバータの下の配線、ケーブル、コネクタのうち少なくとも1つを遮蔽することをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記アンテナを前記パイルの露出した側面上の所定の深度に配置するために、前記ダイバータを前記枠の側部に対して正しく合わせることをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- トロリー組み立て品を使用して、前記注入物ダイバータを前記パイル枠に沿って移動させることをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- パイルを形成するために、コンクリートの流れを枠内に逸らさせる注入物ダイバータであって、
概してV字型に配列された2つのダイバータ側部と、
前記2つの側部が互いに連結する位置に形成されたハンドル部分と、
前記2つの側部の間に位置する対向した2つの端部と、
を備える注入物ダイバータ。 - 前記ダイバータは、相互に溶接された、同一に形成された2つの金属部品で形成されている、請求項9に記載の注入物ダイバータ。
- 前記注入物ダイバータはこれの下に中空の空洞を画定している、請求項9に記載の注入物ダイバータ。
- 前記ハンドル部分は、前記2つのダイバータ側部の頂部に設けた隙間によって形成されている、請求項9に記載の注入物ダイバータ。
- 前記2つの端部は、アンテナを保持することができる、請求項9に記載の注入物ダイバータ。
