Claims (1)
- 組織培養容器中に封入された寒天培地中に、光を屈折若しくは反射させる光路変換部材の適量が混和され、
前記光路変換部材は、前記寒天培地の液体時の比重と略等しいものとされ、
前記光路変更部材の比重の調整は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂のフィルム状体に適宜の厚みの金属被膜蒸着膜を形成することで行うことを特徴とする組織培養容器。
