Claims (10)
- 電子計算機利用の有限要素解析ソフトウェアに利用可能であると共に、破砕モードによって破砕されて継続的に消耗する破砕性材料を有する構造体が衝突体による衝撃を受ける際の挙動をモデル化するデータ処理装置において、前記電子計算機からなる演算手段を備え、前記演算手段は、前記破砕性材料の有限な要素の1またはそれ以上の層において前記衝撃時に前記要素あるいは前記要素の層が前記破砕モードによって破砕されているか否か判断する判断手段と、前記判断手段によって前記要素あるいは前記要素の層が破砕されていると判断されるとき、前記要素あるいは前記要素の層から前記衝突体に対して働く抵抗力を、前記衝突体の破砕正面に沿って破砕された前記要素あるいは前記要素の層の厚さと、前記破砕正面に接触する面積と、前記要素の層の積層順序と、前記衝撃に関連する1またはそれ以上の動的パラメータと、前記要素あるいは前記要素の層に前記衝突体が衝突する速度および/あるいは角度と、前記衝突体によって前記要素あるいは前記要素の層に伝えられる回転量とのうち少なくともいずれかの関数として算出する算出手段と、前記算出手段によって算出された前記抵抗力を前記要素あるいは前記要素の層の継続的に消耗する長さ全体に割り当てる処理を行うと共に、前記要素あるいは前記要素の層の長さが消耗している限り前記抵抗力を前記要素あるいは前記要素の層に割り当てるために前記処理を繰り返す割り当て手段と、前記判断手段と算出手段と割り当て手段によって得られるデータに基づき、前記構造体の予測衝撃抵抗を算出するためのデータを前記モデル化された挙動を用いて出力する出力手段とを備えたことを特徴とするデータ処理装置。
- 前記演算手段のうちの前記算出手段は、前記要素あるいは前記要素の層が破砕される間、前記要素あるいは前記要素の層を前記破砕正面から通過させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデータ処理装置。
- 前記演算手段のうちの前記判断手段は、前記要素あるいは前記要素の層の応力あるいはひずみを算出し、前記応力あるいはひずみを破壊しきい値と比較することにより、前記要素あるいは前記要素の層が破砕されているか否か判断することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のデータ処理装置。
- 前記抵抗力は、対象とされる要素あるいは前記要素の層において、前記接触する面積の定数関数である実行値で表わされることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のデータ処理装置。
- 前記演算手段のうちの前記算出手段は、前記接触する面積に対して正比例するように前記抵抗力を算出することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のデータ処理装置。
- 前記演算手段のうちの前記算出手段は、前記要素あるいは前記要素の層が前記破砕正面を通過する間、前記衝突体と前記要素あるいは前記要素の層の間の相対速度を調整することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のデータ処理装置。
- 前記演算手段のうちの前記算出手段は、前記要素が前記破砕正面を通過する間、前記衝突体と前記要素あるいは前記要素の層の間の衝突の角度を調整することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のデータ処理装置。
- 前記演算手段のうちの前記算出手段は、前記衝突の角度の所定関数によって求まる前記要素あるいは前記要素の層の長さに沿って前記抵抗力を修正することを特徴とする請求項7記載のデータ処理装置。
- 前記演算手段のうちの前記算出手段は、前記要素あるいは前記要素の層が破砕される間、前記要素あるいは前記要素の層を前記破砕正面から通過させると共に、前記破砕正面と前記要素あるいは層との摩擦を決定することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のデータ処理装置。
- 前記破砕性材料は、複合材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のデータ処理装置。
