Description
殊に図1〜4の表示から、公知の従来技術と異なりシリンダ外被の壁厚もしくは厚さが著しく厚く選択され、例えばシリンダ外径の0.1倍〜0.4倍、特に0.125倍〜0.3倍の範囲内であることが明らかである。
シリンダ縦軸2にその原点を有する仮想の座標系に対してスリット6は、図1の表示によれば例えば45°の角度になるように向けられている。

Claims (9)
- 駆動軸を収容するための同心の芯部もしくはスピゴットを有するほぼシリンダ状のボディ、シリンダ円周上に分布した多数の流れ開口部ならびに微細材料出口から成る、粒子形状、粒度および密度の影響下における沈降速度に従って塵状、繊維状もしくは粒状の材料を分級する装置用の分級ロータにおいて、
該シリンダ状のボディはプラスチック、特に硬質ポリマー材料、から成る一体構造のブロックから成り、その際、シリンダ外被の壁厚がシリンダ外径の0.1倍〜0.4倍、特に0.125倍〜0.3倍、の範囲内であり、流れ開口部の間にブリッジ状部がシリンダ外被に残されており、かつ、流れ開口部が半径方向に向けられた多数の穿孔として形成されており、
穿孔縦軸が一定の角度に傾けて配置されており、その際、仮想の延長された穿孔縦軸がシリンダ縦軸の外側で交差し、
シリンダ縦軸に原点をもつデカルト座標系に対して穿孔の傾斜角が30°〜60°、特に40°〜50°、の範囲内であり、
円周方向に隣り合う穿孔列における各穿孔が相互にずらして配置されていることを特徴とする塵状、繊維状もしくは粒状の材料を分級する装置用の分級ロータ。 - 穿孔の斜めの方向づけが前記ロータの回転方向になっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分級ロータ。
- 駆動装置側の端部にシリンダ状ボディが環状の面取り部を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の分級ロータ。
- シリンダ状ボディが金属芯挿入物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の分級ロータ。
- 粒子形状、粒度および密度の影響下における沈降速度に従って塵状、繊維状もしくは粒状の材料を分級する分級ロータを備え、流れの断面が材料供給側から微細材料出口に向かって縮小するようにして分級ロータが分級室中に非中心的に取り付けられている分級機であって、
該分級ロータが駆動軸を収容するための同心の芯部もしくはスピゴットを有するほぼシリンダ状のボディと、シリンダ円周上に分布した多数の流れ開口部と微細材料出口とで構成され、
該シリンダ状のボディはプラスチック、特に硬質ポリマー材料、から成る一体構造のブロックから成り、その際、シリンダ外被の壁厚がシリンダ外径の0.1倍〜0.4倍、特に0.125倍〜0.3倍、の範囲内であり、流れ開口部の間にブリッジ状部がシリンダ外被に残されており、かつ、流れ開口部が半径方向に向けられた多数の穿孔として形成されており、
穿孔縦軸が一定の角度に傾けて配置されており、その際、仮想の延長された穿孔縦軸がシリンダ縦軸の外側で交差し、

- シリンダ状ボディが金属芯挿入物を含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の分級機。
- 吸引位置が分級室に対して接線となるよう配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の分級機。
