前記パルプ洗浄系に、キレート性化合物及び/又は水溶性ポリマーを添加する添加手順を更に有するパルプ製造方法。
前記パルプ洗浄系に、キレート性化合物及び/又は水溶性ポリマーを添加する添加手順を有するパルプ洗浄方法。
図1は、本発明に係る洗浄剤が適用されるパルプ製造系の一例を示すブロック図である。パルプ製造系10は、上流から順に、蒸解洗浄系20と、パルプ洗浄部30と、漂白部とを備える。
本発明のパルプ洗浄剤は、キレート性化合物と、水溶性ポリマーと、を有効量含有する。ここで、「有効量」は、リグニン抽出に影響を与える程度の量を意味し、添加される条件に応じて適宜設定されるものであり、ゼロも含まれる。
AA:「アクアリックDL40S」(日本触媒社製)
AA/HAPS:「アクアリックGL386」(日本触媒社製)
AA/MA:「アクアリックTL37」(日本触媒社製)
MA:「ベルクレン200」(BWA社製)

Claims (6)
- 蒸解部においてパルプ材料を蒸解してパルプを得る蒸解手順と、前記パルプをパルプ洗浄系において洗浄する洗浄手順と、洗浄されたパルプを漂白部において漂白する漂白手順と、を有するパルプ製造方法であって、
前記パルプ洗浄系に、キレート性化合物と、水溶性ポリマーと、の少なくとも一方からなる組成物を複数個所に添加する添加手順を更に有し、
前記複数個所は、添加される部位の液に含まれるカルシウム濃度が10mg/L以下、10mg/L超60mg/L未満、及び60mg/L以上である3群のうち少なくとも2群に属し、相対的に高い群に属する箇所では、相対的に低い群に属する箇所に比べ、前記組成物における前記水溶性ポリマーの量を高くさせ、
前記キレート性化合物は、エチレンジアミン四酢酸、ジエチレントリアミン五酢酸、ヒドロキシエチレンジアミン四酢酸、エチレンジアミンコハク酸、トリエチレンテトラアミン六酢酸、ヒドロキシエタンホスホン酸、ニトリロトリスメチレンホスホン酸、ホスホノブタントリカルボン酸からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
前記水溶性ポリマーは、アクリル酸系ポリマー及び/又はマレイン酸系ポリマーからなるパルプ製造方法。 - 前記複数個所のうち、添加される部位の液に含まれるカルシウム濃度が10mg/L以下の部位には、前記組成物における前記水溶性ポリマーの量を0質量%にする請求項1記載のパルプ製造方法。
- 前記複数個所のうち、添加される部位の液に含まれるカルシウム濃度が60mg/L以上の部位には、前記組成物における前記水溶性ポリマーの量を100質量%にする請求項1記載のパルプ製造方法。
- パルプ材料を蒸解して得られるパルプをパルプ洗浄系において洗浄するパルプ洗浄方法であって、
前記パルプ洗浄系に、キレート性化合物と、水溶性ポリマーと、の少なくとも一方からなる組成物を複数個所に添加する添加手順を更に有し、
前記複数個所は、添加される部位の液に含まれるカルシウム濃度が10mg/L以下、10mg/L超60mg/L未満、及び60mg/L以上である3群のうち少なくとも2群に属し、相対的に高い群に属する箇所では、相対的に低い群に属する箇所に比べ、前記組成物における前記水溶性ポリマーの量を高くさせ、
前記キレート性化合物は、エチレンジアミン四酢酸、ジエチレントリアミン五酢酸、ヒドロキシエチレンジアミン四酢酸、エチレンジアミンコハク酸、トリエチレンテトラアミン六酢酸、ヒドロキシエタンホスホン酸、ニトリロトリスメチレンホスホン酸、ホスホノブタントリカルボン酸からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、
前記水溶性ポリマーは、アクリル酸系ポリマー及び/又はマレイン酸系ポリマーからなるパルプ洗浄方法。 - 前記複数個所のうち、添加される部位の液に含まれるカルシウム濃度が10mg/L以下の部位には、前記組成物における前記水溶性ポリマーの量を0質量%にする請求項4記載のパルプ洗浄方法。
- 前記複数個所のうち、添加される部位の液に含まれるカルシウム濃度が60mg/L以上の部位には、前記組成物における前記水溶性ポリマーの量を100質量%にする請求項4記載のパルプ洗浄方法。
