Claims (3)
- 給湯手段と、前記給湯手段からの温水が第1の配管を通して供給される第1の貯湯槽と、前記給湯手段からの温水が前記第1の配管とは独立した第2の配管を通して供給されかつ第1の貯湯槽との間で温水が循環することのない前記第1の貯湯槽とは独立した第2の貯湯槽と、前記給湯手段からの温水を前記第1の配管または第2の配管のいずれかに切り替える温水切り替え手段とを少なくとも備え、前記第1の貯湯槽は床下を含む屋内に設置され、前記第2の貯湯槽は屋外に設置されており、
さらに、前記第2の貯湯槽へ温水を供給する使用態様のときに、前記第1の貯湯槽へ水を供給する手段と、
前記第1の貯湯槽へ温水を供給する使用態様のときに、前記第2の貯湯槽へ水を供給する手段とを備え、
それにより、前記第1の貯湯層は前記第2の貯湯層に温水が貯湯されている夏場の使用態様では補助冷房手段として機能することができ、
前記第2の貯湯層は前記第1の貯湯層に温水が貯湯されている冬場での使用態様で防火用等の貯水槽として機能することができることを特徴とする給湯装置。 - 前記給湯手段が、小型コジェネレーションシステムで使用するガス発電機の排熱を利用して温水を作る給湯手段であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給湯装置。
- 前記給湯手段が、燃料電池が生成する熱を利用して温水を作る給湯手段であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給湯装置。
