Description
Claims (8)
- 車両に配置されたセンサ装置と対象物との間の間隔を容量的に検出するためのセンサ装置であって、該センサ装置は対象物と容量的配置を形成するための電極と、該容量的配置のキャパシタンスに比例する信号を生成する装置とを有する形式のセンサ装置において、
対象物(2)と容量的基準配置(9)を形成するための基準電極(7)と、
該容量的基準配置(9)のキャパシタンス(C2)に比例する基準信号(IR)を生成する装置(13)と、
前記信号(I)と基準信号(IR)の比を形成することにより前記間隔(d)を求めるための評価装置(16)とを有し、
前記基準電極(7)は、前記電極(5)の電極形状とは異なる電極形状を有する、ことを特徴とするセンサ装置。 - 前記対象物(2)は、前記車両(21)の外にある対象物(2)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記2つの電極(5,7)の一方がプレート状電極(6)として構成されており、前記2つの電極(5,7)の他方がシリンダ状電極(4)として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記装置(12,13)の少なくとも1つは、それぞれ他方の装置(12,13)および評価装置(16)から導電分離されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記装置(12,13)の少なくとも1つは、これに所属する容量的構成体/基準構成体(8,)と共振回路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記装置(12,13)の少なくとも1つは、他の電位を遮蔽するためのシールド電極(10,11)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記装置(12,13)は信号(I)および基準信号(IR)をデジタル信号として評価装置(16)に出力することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記評価装置(16)は、比を形成し、間隔(d)を求めるための計算ユニット(19)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置。
